Write a review⚠️ Warning: Scam Dealership ⚠️ Autosense Salem is extremely dishonest and deceptive. They gave me a fake Carfax report, tampered with the odometer readings, and even forged my signature on documents without my consent. To make matters worse, they use thick oils in vehicles to temporarily hide engine noises. The staff was also aggressive and pressured me into making a down payment. Unfortunately, I was scammed by them. I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership or its affiliates to stay far away.

We were at the one in Chicester, NH but they are related. They will suck you in. But beware they have unsafe cars with hidden frame issues and cars which will be needing major repairs in the next 12 months. The worst though is how they try and screw you on pricing. I would say run, but I have yet to find a used car lot that isn't as or more dishonest than these guys. We are not buying there, but if you decide to, have an honest (not one they use) mechanic check it out including the underside up on a lift. And make them stick to the price they gave you because if you are not careful they will be charging you $3000 more than the price they quoted.

A nightmare, simply put. LIES LIES LIES. Misleading, unprofessional, unorganized. They like to waste your time and tell you they can help you. Drive down just to be told you’ll need a huge deposit on a polished turd.

My first experience was responding to an ad for a Jeep online priced at $32k. They would not answer any questions online, by email or text...insisting that I come in. So, I called and found out the advertised price was $3000 more than the advertised price (CarFax). So I decided I could find a better dealer. But I kept getting emails and texts....then this guy Louis Over sends me texts and emails to let me know their "bankers" had authorized "liquidation sales". I asked if the jeep was included...he said it was.....but the only way I could find out is to come in. These guys are straight out of 1983. You cannot trust this dealership. Its a shame. I liked the jeep....I would have bought it. I just sold my company and am buying myself a toy.

I went there in Salem dealership trying to buy a car that the price was posted 12.999 in the market cargurus.. as soon I ask for discount , the manager told me that the real price was up to 15,000 , so the price does not match!! Just advertising not a real price asked???? Not a good experience

I paid 22,000.00 for my Bmw the passenger seat was broke .. I went there numerous times to get it fixed ,all I was told was we can't do it today let's try another day ok and do on .. now it's past the 30 day warranty and the owner Ray. says they will not pay to get it fixed . On top of all this I was accepted at northeast credit union with a three year 30 thousand mile warranty signed all my papers and took the car home .. the next day they switched my loan to workers credit union and the warranty went to 30 days telle that is not a scam alert . Make sure if you do go to this place everything works I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM ANY AUTO SENSE

They are deciding people into going to their chop shop believing they’ve won on a scratch ticket and turns out it’s not the case. I called prior to ask questions and the “sales department” Matt I believe it’s his Name whatever, he told me it’s $2000 cash money or towards a car; neither was true. You have to match up numbers once you’re there and they give you a $5 Walmart card for being a good sport! Deception with that imagine their cars! Y’all deserve 0 stars
