Bought a new 2021 f350 from them, back in 2021 the only good service I’ve received was from my salesman (the only reason I was still going there. If your you’re looking for mechanic to fix your vehicle stay away from that place, took the electrical guy 1 hour to find out the fuse was out (obviously not covered under warranty) basic diagnostics avoid this place at all cost I just assume there’s no warranty anymore just going to fix it myself. AVOID THIS PLACE

We have bought all our and our kids vehicles from city ford and had a great experience every time! Matt has been amazing !! He’s friendly , reliable , honest and efficient at his job ! Last week we purchased a car for our youngest , Matt and Fadi were there for us the entire time . Fadi helped us and provided all the info we need , my son was very happy and they went above and beyond for him ( it was his first vehicle) And then we met up with Mark ( financing ) we’ll let me tell you we felt like we were family ! He took his time with all the options that we had to choose from , explained in detail and gave us recommendations ! An overall perfect experience now and throughout the years ! When it comes to this dealer ship Tim Chammout is the sales man you want to see. He is personable and will do everything he can to get you in a new vehicle. He keeps you informed of how things are going. I have dealt with Tim twice so far and he got me a vehicle both times . GREAT JOB Tim keep up the excellent work. Roger was great to deal with. Very friendly and genuine. I'd recommend him any day if you're looking for a new or used Ford! And the manager and the finance guys were also very personable and accommodating.
