I am currently in the process of having this business put on the list of banned businesses. TRUST ME...BEWARE, STAY CLEAR!! Fortune for me i have the time and money to move forward with legal counsel..God Bless you all...

BEWARE! JOHNATHAN WRIGHT SOLD ME A LEMON!

BEWARE! Mr. Johnathan Wright sold me a LEMON! He refused to honor his warranty and pay his half of $5,313.02 for a defective transmission. He seemed nice at first, but then his true colors shined. As I was driving home after purchasing a vehicle from him, the maintenance light came on and I started hearing a grinding noise coming from the transmission. I though the maintenance light and grinding noise were related, but I soon found out they weren’t. The maintenance light was for a defective Catalytic converter and the grinding noise came on when the transmission over-drive switch was on The car came with a 30 day or 1000-mile warranty on the transmission and stated that we both would pay half the cost for transmission failure. I called John as soon as I got home and he offered to have some mechanic shops he had connections with look at it. When they couldn’t find any grinding noise, Mr. Wright had another connection at the Toyota dealership look at it. They found the transmission and catalytic converter to be defective. Mr. Wright refused to pay his half because he wanted to have his local shops do the repair, but I wanted the repairs to be done at the Toyota dealership. Now the transmission skip gears and won’t shift from second to third. When I told Mr. Wright all of this, he said he was just doing me a favor and helping me, even though he didn’t have to. He said that he was just trying to make me happy. He said he shouldn’t have sold me the vehicle because I was taking too much interest in the repairs. When I asked him why he refused to believe in the Toyota Dealership’s Inspection report, he became non-responsive and ghosted me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRUSTING OR BUYING ANYTHING FROM MR. JOHNATHAN WRIGHT OR PREMIUM AUTO COLLECTION!

Easy to deal with.

Dion the salesman was easy to deal with...no pressure...did not try to hide anything...did what he said he was going to do. Great overall experience.

Don’t buy from here!

I bought a used IS350 from them not to long ago and it was a quick easy buying process but the car itself had hardly been looked over as far a maintenance wise. The motor oil was probably the only maintenance that had been preformed if that. Brake pads were needed, transmission pan had bolt missing and leaking gasket, windshield wipers were shot, dead TPMS batteries, bad o2 sensors, bottom half of air intake box was missing and air filter was held in place with a zip tie which caused the engine to misfire, and the spark plugs were original and had never been replaced. I had contacted the dealer about the check engine light (P04300 code) that came on due to the issues and requested he come get it to fix it because I had just purchased the vehicle a week prior to this, had 1,000mile 30 day warranty, he said that he would come get it multiple times on different days but never came and picked the car up to be fixed. I ended up having to purchase the parts with my own money and fix it all myself, can not afford to have my vehicle broke down when I need it to get back and forth to work and I’m not gonna wait for someone to come get it then wait even more to have it fixed. It’s extremely inconvenient to have this all happen after already dropping $4600 in cash as a down payment and then have to dish out more money for basic maintenance parts on the car which should have already been done prior to selling the vehicle. It’s not only a sketchy way to operate but also just plain bad business practice. Would not recommend buying a car from here unless you want to constantly dish out money for basic maintenance parts after you buy the car and have to continue paying a payment as well.

Wonderful Buying Experience

My husband and I had a wonderful buying experience from here. We went in having already looked at a couple of cars online. Deon showed us the cars and didn't pressure us into buying them. He was very honest about everything and helped us find what we were looking for and didn't up sell us on a car we didn't need. We ended up buying a car from them and are very happy with our purchase.
