Joel and Volvo Plymouth made it all so easy!

Joel and Volvo Plymouth made it all so easy! When I arrived (about 5 mins early), Joel was already standing at the front desk and had the V60 Cross Country I wanted to test drive ready to go at the front door. During the test drive, he was knowledgeable and quick with answers to all my questions about the car, but also let me focus on the drive and getting a feel for the car. Joel guided me on a circuit that brought me through Plymouth’s downtown and onto the highway, so I got to feel the car at low and higher speeds - everything you need. Once we sat down to talk numbers, there was no back and forth game. Joel came right out of the gate with a fair price on the car, which is what originally brought me to Volvo Plymouth from Attleboro, and he and his used car manager gave me a fair price on my trade. What’s usually the most “stressful” part of car buying was over in no more than 10 mins. That said, I certainly wasn’t rushed. I got everything I needed and Joel worked quickly. My V60 is a lease return, and even before I asked, Joel promised that not only will the wagon be fully cleaned and detailed, but 2 dents will be repaired and the rims will be refurbished before pick up, along with all the usual oil, filter, and fluid changes. The dealership and showroom was immaculate! A pristine, low pressure, vanilla scented place to see, feel, and learn about what Volvo has to offer. The cars on the showroom floor were so clean that I was worried to leave fingerprints, but like a kid at at a glass counter, I couldn’t help leaving my grubby little prints as I went from S60, to S90, to XC90. Bottom line, if this is the Volvo way, I can easily see myself being a customer of Joel’s and the Volvo brand for life. This was such a positive change from the Jeep dealers I’d dealt with last. I can’t wait to pick up my new-to-me V60 and LONG LIVE THE WAGON!

Test drove the 2021 XC60 on the 11/16 and told them i

Test drove the 2021 XC60 on the 11/16 and told them i would buy once rims were fixed as they had extreme curb rash on them. Was told car would be ready on 11/22 or 11/23 the latest and then received a call on Thursday the 11/21 that it wouldn't be ready till Monday afternoon as they had to replace brakes and windshield. Was going to head up there and was now be told Hopefully the car would be ready Tuesday. Monday night was told car was all set and set an appointment for 9am to do the paperwork. Showed up there on Tusday at 9am car was up front cleaned and went to look at it and not 1 rim was repaired. spent 45 mins driving there again for the car not to be ready to be picked up. sales person should of called and told me it wasn't done and wasted my time going up there. They ended up having to fix it that day and deliver it to me as I told them If car wasn't ready I didn't want it. Now cause of Thanksgiving had to wait till Monday 12/2 to try and get registration, My insurance lady called me on Monday at 12.36pm saying she was stamping the forms and sending back to them. Now its Friday 12/6 and call them to ask where it is and they said my insurance never stamped and sent to them which my lady forwarded me the email that was sent so he was not telling the truth. Today id 12/9 and still don't have registertion so no sticker and can not drive the car. This has been my worst Experiences and most aggravating purchase I have ever had and I have bought over 25 cars.

The MOST pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car. Mike Mullen was great! Absolutely no pressure, communicated everything to me so I understood what was happening. Everything they told me they were going to do they did with no hassle. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, the staff greeted us warmly, were very efficient and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. During the test drive, the Mike, the sales person was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had about the vehicle's history and condition. Exactly how buying a car should be. The process was quick, easy, low pressure and stress free. Mike Mullen was communicative, informative, professional and friendly. It felt like I have know him for YEARS! I highly recommend this dealership and Mike Mullen for your next vehicle purchase. Oh and Finance wasn’t bad either.

They were responsive.

They were responsive. They had they vehicle out for us to see and review we took it for a test drive after that we sat with the sales man we agreed on an offer and will take delivery on July 1.
