We had a very rude Salesperson.

We had a very rude Salesperson. He wanted all of my contact information and I told him I wanted to do some pricing first. I was not upset but stood up. He asked, "Where is all the hostility coming from?" My husband looked at me and could not believe how rude the salesperson was being to me. We left the dealership!

I tell you i just got a phone call from Isabel of Hyundia

I tell you i just got a phone call from Isabel of Hyundia of Mankato i don’t who they are trying to kid. But let me tell you this i don’t know who involved over there anymore more do i care but they are a bunch of crooks in my eyes. I wouldn’t give them a cold day in xxxx to help with buying a Vehicle because i don’t believe the for the person buying the the commotion they put in there pocket not for the person buying at all. They need to learn how to treat people and not worry about what’s going in there pocket. I have no idea why you people would worry about people the bought there before if i was anyone i’d never buy from you people. It not about the people look at the society right now and you really think your going to help people not a cold day in xxxx with Vehicle in the 65 to 75 thousand dollar right now and they have a 1600.00 payment and still need to live a life you people really need to think about what it was like in the 80 and 90 when a person came and made a deal with car dealer not shoving something you don’t want down your Throat!!!!!!!

Poor Experience

My loan was through USAA. They had all the bank information they needed and said I don't need to do anything else. My original loan interest was 3.89% but they Sat on it for over a month then gave me a call and said they don't normally do outside financing. I was on a 3 way call with the dealership and the bank and they walked the financial guy through the steps of getting the check. Another month went by and it was past the grace period of the loan. They called me and text me for a couple days one of which was the day that I got married and said that they were going to report the car stolen if I didn't bring it back that day. I was in Central Iowa and just got married. They said I would have to reapply for the loan which was bogus. So my interest went from 3.89 to 5.89 which would end up costing me thousands more dollars. On top of that I didn't realize they charge you an extra $3499 for the warranty and $1500 for the scratch resistant coating. So IDK. The people seemed nice but don't do outside financing with them. They didnt know what to because they don't normally do outside financing but they don't really make up there mistakes to you either so my next vehicle definitely won't be from them.

Susie, There are lots of issues we have no control over when someone does outside financing. I'm sorry USAA never sent payment and it was a big hassle that took almost 60 days to fix with them. We have changed our policy to make sure the cars are paid in full before they leave the dealership

STAY AWAY FROM HYUNDAI OF MANKATO MN

I HAVE TO WRIGHT THIS REVIEW AS THEY ARE A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. THIS HUNDAI DELAER WAISTED A COUPLE HOURS OUT OF MY DAY. I WAS IN THE MAKET TO BUY A NEW PALISADE AND CONTACTED THEM DIRECTLY. I SOPKE WITH MITCHELL ECCLES. THROUGHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE HE WAS NICE AND FRINDLY. I DROVE THE ALMOST HOUR THERE AND GAVE MY INFORMATION AND WAS READY TO GO FOR THE TEST DRIVE WHEN HE INFORMED ME THAT THE CAR WILL HAVE A 3K MARKET ADJUSTMENT. HE TRIED TO MAKE IT SOUND BETTER BY STATING IT USED TO BE 5K. THANX FOR TELLING ME THIS BEFORE I LEFT. THEY KNEW WHERE I WAS COMING FROM TOO. I SAT UP AND WALKED OUT. THEIR SIGHT SAYS NOTHING ABOUT THIS BS. I WILL BE PUTTING THIS ALL OVER THE NET AND CONTACTING HYUNDAI TOO. I WILL BE STAYING AWAY FROM THIS BRAND IN THE FUTURE. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.

This place is a ripoff

Beware of this rip-off place they say they buy your vehicles I took my 2019 Kia soul there they offered me $16,250 told me the payoff was $6,000 and some dollars told me my check would be 9,000 and some odd dollars when I hadn't received my check I called them at that time they informed me that the payoff was a different amount and they wrote the check for putting your $1,500 less and had mailed it and expected me to be happy about it what they did instead of paying off the vehicle the day that we made the deal they paid it off 10 days later and pocketed the money themselves and gave me less and politely told me if I didn't like the deal I could come back up and get the car I didn't have time to take the car around to dealerships again I just accepted the deal but this dealership is a big rip off scam place I'm not going to tell you not to go there because they could sue me you use your own judgment but this is exactly what happened to me not lying just the truth they made all the phone calls checking on the price of the payoff treated me very rudely when I questioned how they could do that if I would have had the time to get a lawyer and sue them I would have but I didn't have the time nor the money but honestly I'm still thinking about taking them to small claims court I've been told I have a very winnable case

Glen, I'm sorry you feel that you got ripped off. We offered you a price for your car and you accepted. We have no control over how much you owe on the car still. We offered to give you your back and you declined.

Go to Nathaniel and you won't be disappointed.

We had a poor experience at a another dealership *cough* (Kia). While this is a sister of that particular dealership, they are by far the superior sales crew. Nathaniel is wonderful and kind and honest. Please ask for him. He did all he could for us. I don't know about anyone else other than the manager who was also great and friendly. Plus, if you like anything over at Kia, Nathaniel can sell it to you!

Go to Nathaniel and you won't be disappointed.
