Samantha is awesome!

Samantha is awesome! She's very knowledgeable and so nice. It had been awhile since i purchased a car and i was worried about the new electronics in it and she was so patient with me and took the time to go over everything with me. If you go to Michigan City Ford make sure to ask for her because your time will not be wasted she was amazing! def scored a customer for life Sam! Ill see you again next year when its time for my wife to buy!

I visited this dealership 3 years ago and knew when it

I visited this dealership 3 years ago and knew when it was time I would come back to visit Sam and Jake here to purchase my new vehicle. They were kind, patient, understanding and made it happen!!! I never felt pressured or doubtful I knew I was in good hands. Thank you guys!!!

If you're bringing your vehicle here for warrenty repair

If you're bringing your vehicle here for warrenty repair its possible that you'll wait months also take photos of your vehicle interior/exterior before you drop it off. Full story below: Dropped vehicle off first week of August to a service team member (warrenty issue on transmission bought from them, it lasted only 3000 miles). 3-4 weeks later hear nothing from dealership & call to see if there are any updates, they inform me that the tech quit and they didn't know they had my vehicle (after some run around they find my vehicle and the keys) and assure me they'll get right to it after I have to re-explain the issue with it (they offer me a loaner, I refuse assuming that now that they know they'll be able to get right to the issue.) Fast forward wait a week to give them time have to call to get an update (to speed up the review this happens repeatedly for pretty much 2 months, being given the run around followed by me being forced to call them to even get an update.) I get corporate involved because I ended up asking for a loaner vehicle since I'd been without a vehicle to get to work and was forced to borrow one from a family member (the time had since passed since the service member had said he'd have a loaner available for me and it seemed like they were making no progress on my vehicle the team service member also admitted to me they kept putting off working on my vehicle to work on others.) Corporate gets involved the team service member had told me he'd have a loaner that week for me, he tells corporate he doesn't and won't have one for months. They apparently couldn't because of their corporate structure order me a new trans because of their purchaing policy and corporate had to give them permission. (Fast forward) December 27th the vehicle is finally "fixed" (we'll see) got it back empty of gas, dashboard codes uncleared,paperwork wasn't complete gotta get it another day, and for some reason my rear seat is missing a head rest (hence why I'm warning you to take pictures of your interior/exterior before bringing your vehicles to this dealer.) They clearly don't do lot checks since they didn't even know my vehicle was there, so anyone could steal from your vehicle especially if they forget to lock it on the lot.(no idea why the heck my random headrest went missing extremely weird) Personally don't plan on going back, yes the staff are polite but polite doesn't beget professionalism. At the end of the day you're hearing the story from my side so please by all means take it with a grain of salt I tried to be fair and objective in my review and warn you of clear issues they have there. I don't anticipate they'll fix those issues quite frankly I'm livid, but what can you do other than warn others of the issues. (Note: I understand my vehicle is older and it takes time to find parts for a 2006, however almost 6 months is absolutely ridiculas for a warrenty repair.)

I didn't want to buy a vehicle from my area merrillville,

I didn't want to buy a vehicle from my area merrillville, highland ect. So I went to castle in Michigan city and had great sales person, Samantha Moffett. we told her what we wanted and she went through all the cars she had there and found one. We said we will go home and think about. So she wrote up 3 different ways to buy with different options signed by the manager. So we went back and figured we would get the usual runaround but we gave her the paper work for the suv we wanted and there was no pressure or problems just an easy going sale ! Than showed us how to work everything on the car and even set up our phones with the Ford app and everything else we needed! She even kept communicating to us when paperwork and other items would be coming to us. This was the easiest, quickest and pressure less way we ever purchased a car in our 50 years of buying vehicles! Thanks Samantha, we will be back and have told many people about you and Castle Ford! Thanks to all of you.

Crooks and liars.

Crooks and liars. We gave them a chance to earn our business and they failed every test. They lie about the car they are selling. They lie about the things they will follow up on. They lie about the things they say they fixed. $4500 in repairs later (not with them because they can’t be trusted), and we will take our business elsewhere. About to buy a brand new very expensive truck and it will definitely not be from them.

WORST experience ever!

WORST experience ever! Purchased new vehicle and once we drove off the lot customer service became non-existent. Finally settled a dispute and manager offered to send us a check for half the refund we wanted and then never mailed it and is now completely ghosting us. BUYER BEWARE! Will never return or recommend this dealership
