One could say the Apple Store, known for its outgoing and knowledgeable employees, is the Tiffany’s of those companies that sell devices iDoubt I could live without. These world-class companies, however, do not have what makes Mike and Tony’s the best place to purchase a pre-owned vehicle in all of Connecticut, if not the entire Eastern Seaboard. As it happens, this is one of the finest, most successful family owned and operated businesses with a knack for making customers feel like they’re part of the family. I was contacted by Terence Alford, the salesman who promptly reached out to me to discuss the pick-up truck I showed an interest in by clicking a few keys on my computer, just as I’d done for the eleven or twelve additional trucks being sold by other companies. Most dealerships responded by engaging us in a number of back-and-forth emails and texts (too many!) before we spoke with an actual person. One guy promised to call us back but never did and more than a few responded with, “Sorry, that truck was sold, but have a look at these more expensive models we think you’ll like.” After a couple of phone calls with Terence, being shown some of the finest automotive photography, detailing every inch of the vehicle, and Mr. Alford facilitating the financing of an approved bank loan that same night, the next morning we were making our way to S. Winsor to meet our new, used, yet seemingly brand-new truck. It is Mike and Tony’s integrity, passion and talent for revitalizing every vehicle with so much care and dedication, their lot is filled with cars and trucks ready to begin the second chapter of what is sure to be a long and productive life. I kid you not, while driving home the truck purred like a kitten and handled like it just rolled off the assembly line. We didn’t take the customary test drive, it wasn’t necessary. We knew they’d put us in the right vehicle. Based on our enjoyable and satisfying experience, we can honestly say if you’re in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, look no further than Mike and Tony’s Auto Sales, Inc. (And they have Donut Shop coffee pods!)

terence my salesmen and tony one of the owners were both everything i could ask for in my buying experience. i am very picky and they did not mind it at all. they gave me a very fair price on my trade and on there car. i highly recomend them and will go there first when i buy another car. thankyou guys for everything paul carson

These people are not serious people. Today I was driving to see a pickup and when I arrived they told me that they could not, because I was in deposit, the intention of all this was to sell another pickup, they are not serious.

We purchased a 2011 Subaru STI for my son. it was a wonderful process. very inexpensive car for what it is. ended up needing a replaced catted downpipe which they fulfilled immediately, sent it home and footed the bill. Thanks guys for this purchase! I definitely recommend Mike And Tonys for your used car purchase. They worked with us to resolve what at the time was a pretty volatile situation with our mechanic and the actual integrity of the car and once it was figured out they covered the cost and was really there the whole time for us. Overall, a good and comfortable purchase on a commercial cargo van. I would go again. This time for a sporty type vehicle... maybe a porsche... They have aggressive deals!

I bought a vehicle from them, after for 4 days it started having problems. After they gave me the song an dance on how they do such a thorough inspection on all their vehicles twice, once when they buy the vehicle and once when someone buys it from them. well that's a load of crap. The problems with the car are very obvious and anyone inspecting the vehicle would know this. the sell crap vehicle an then try to play dumb. Do not buy anything from these crooks. They said they could take a look at it but no promises. What kind of service is that. I guess they are not looking for repeat customers. I'm sure they will just have a friend come write a fact review so they can keep there 4 stars but if you read this an still buy a car from them , then you deserve what you get. 16K lesson that i will never need to make with them again.

We purchased a used truck at Mike and Tony's and later brought it there for routine maintenance. In both cases the visit was a pleasure. The facility is always clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and courteous.
