Overpriced and they mess with all your stuff on the inside. Now also my AC is making a whining noise that it didn’t do before taking it here.

This Dealership has always treated me with the utmost respect and kindness for over 20 years. They are like Family to me. They’ve sent me countless discount coupons and save me a lot of money. I know I Recommend Patriot as the #1 place to have my vehicles I’ve bought from them to be serviced. My 2005 Daytona Truck is still going strong because of the loving care they continue to show all these many many years. It’s a joke! My car has been in and out of the shop for a month!

I had an appointment for an oil change at 10 and didn’t leave until 12:45 and that was only because I finally asked if my car was ready. They also told me my tires were bad and tried to sell me a new set even though I’d had them checked at a different place two weeks before. I will never go back.

I picked up my vehicle and drove it home, then discovered my glove compartment was sitting it the passenger floorboard. I spent an hour Friday evening learning how to reinstall the glove box with the help of YouTube. I was also told my oil was a quart and half low. I changed my own oil for 30+ years - I checked the oil when I got home and it was the same level as when I last changed it. I went in for a new oil pressure sensor to be installed at my request. I wax “REQUIRED” to pay $200 for the vehicle inspection. Then to top it off, I was charged a 3% “FEE” to pay with my credit card. I won’t be coming back for service or a new vehicle.

Austin is GREAT! But I’ve had my truck there 3 times now, $1300+ in repairs and my a/c is still not working.

Every time I come in from my Jeep, the service is excellent personnel are friendly and attentive to my needs. This last time was no exception. The service advisor, Austin Roberts made sure that my new ram 3500 oil change in the additional products to enhance its performance. He went above and beyond to make sure I got in and out quickly.

We own 3 trucks and we always have all our maintenance done here at Patriot.
