Easy Sell at AutoNation
I had a car to sell. That can be such a hassle. A neighbor recommended AutoNation, so I took my Jeep to them.I met Manny, who explained the procedure. I filled out a small form and he checked out the car. In about 20 minutes, Manny was back with an acceptable offer, more than I had expected. He was so nice and really listened to me. In a few minutes, I was leaving AutoNation with a check! He made it very easy and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell a vehicle.

Horrible Dealership
For starters, please understand I bought my car 1 year ago. To understand fully, please read until the end. March of 2022 I traded in my 2012 Honda Civic for (at first) a 2013 Chrysler 200. The car was an absolute lemon, it had so many problems that they GUARANTEED they would fix, but after dropping the car off three different times to get it fixed and nothing changed, I decided I didn’t want the car. They refused to give me my down payment back, which was ridiculous, could never get to a manager or anything. The leads of the place deemed that they did nothing wrong. I traded the lemon for a 2015 Nissan Versa Note, but since I didn’t have another down payment my interest rate increased to 23%. At the time I needed the car, so I took car and agreed to never go to another Autonation again. It’s now time for my registration renewal, and the plates on my car are different than the ones that are registered to my VIN. Someone deliberately put the wrong plates on my car back when I went to pick them up, and it just goes to show how awful this dealership. Go anywhere else, please. It’s clear they take advantage of desperate people and especially women. I still have yet to hear from corporate since the incident happened a year ago, so don’t expect to hear anything back from them either.

Customer service after the sale
I placed a NO based on my current experience. Up until Monday I hadn’t heard from sales about my repair for two weeks. He said he’d have to check for the part and when I come in I’d have to leave the car and get my own transportation. If you have weekly appointments like I do this is something to consider. He said he’d get back to me and Monday will be another 3 weeks plus the 3 with the original salesman. My next communication will be with the General Manager.

I went in to simply “look” at some cars but was quickly helped out by a wonderful salesman Deveion. He was very knowledgeable and truthful in what I should get. He did a great job trying to jump through hoops for me lol. I must say I am loving my 2013 Audi Q5 I feel like I’m skating when I drive. Thank you so much for all of your help my guy!
