STOP?For customer service. Buy the Auto Nation car you want, same price get treated the way you should when spending your money. Buy from Audi Plano through... the Pre-Owned Director or great Sales Associate there. Auto Nation Houston gives runaround, pricing they won?t honor from GM and dirty vehicles.

Stop– Don’t make the mistake I made. If you are reading this you care about customer service, integrity and you don’t want the runaround when buying a... car. If that’s you, then buy the Auto Nation car you want from Audi Plano through the Pre-Owned Director or great Sales Associate there for the same price. Get treated the way you should when spending your money. Read why and what happened when I did buy from Audi Plano and what happened when I did not. 5/18/19 2:40 pm I entered Auto Nation Houston. I was preapproved for auto financing through a third party and had a confirmed certified offer on my trade of $3,500 from Auto Nation using the VIN number. I reserved a vehicle on line and after test driving it, I told the salesman it had a mildew smell and the tires were worn. He informed me they only had one key. I asked him to get me a backup key because that would cost me at least $500.00. He laughed and said it would only cost about $200-$250. They checked the grade on the tires they were registering as low as a 4 on tire tread depth by their equipment. They offered me $3,000 on my car for trade in value and said it was because it had been in a wreck. I had already received a certified Auto Nation offer of $3,500 within the last 10 days. The wreck happened in September of 2018 and was calculated in the VIN offer I had received from them earlier in the month. I did get $3,750 after I had expressed how clean it was and continued to bring up the certified offer. I asked them to come down on the price of my new purchase to help cover the expense of getting the smell out, buying two tires and getting the needed key fob. The GM said that the two tires and key fob would only cost about $500 and that they would not come down on the price. He was shown how dirty the car was and the mildew smell. The GM took the car to the detailing shop for the 2nd time while I was there. The vehicle did not look any better and the smell was masked a 2nd time with an overpowering flower smell. I continued to be told I was in line for financing so I could check out. I was told they only had two finance people there. It appeared they had about ten salespeople there for two finance individuals. I had already turned over my clean title, insurance and the preapproved financing by 5:30. I continued to ask for a confirmed price for the key fob and two tires in writing. The GM would not give me a price in writing and would just disappear instead of documenting what he said. The salesman would not give me the price in writing. I did find the Service Manger to have more integrity. A little after 6:00 he stated the staff that he needed the actual price from was gone for the day. About 7:30 pm I finally meet the finance man. I expressed to him the delay. He said I was not at an OEM place and that was not what they were. He said he worked OEM and understood the service I was accustom to receiving. He said none of the people there had worked at an OEM dealership so they do not have the customer service training I was expecting. The finance guy finished my paperwork. I was not getting warranty or maintenance added. At approximately 8:00 pm he left me at his desk and said he was going to make copies and would be back so I could leave. 8:15 pm the person with me saw him outside smoking and relaxing. My friend had to go tell the finance man that was not correct I was waiting to get my copies and leave. The finance guy came back to his desk where he left me and finally gave me my copies so I could leave about 6 hours later at 8:20 pm On 5/20/19 I received email and text to let me know the key fob would be $638 plus tax and the two tires would be $362. Over $1,000 for those items that I was told would cost about $500 by the GM. Great customer care from Audi Plano on 2/27/18. The car I purchased was under $10,000. I received the same service and attitude as those purchasing vehicle over 50K. Love you Audi and Audi Plano Dealership!

We were looking for a specific vehicle and my Mom found it for us at Autonation Houston. Worst buying experience ever. No one at the dealership did anything... they said they were going to do when they were supposed to do it. This includes the GM, who called me and then wouldn?t speak to me when I returned his call. The employees are completely incompetent.
