Proceed with the utmost caution!

Proceed with the utmost caution! Adam and Caesar provide very poor beneath the surface not even mediocre at best customer service. These are two people that should not be working with the general public. I purchased a mini Cooper on May 16th 2025 and I returned on May 17th 2025 because I had issues. I was told to come back on Monday May 19th at 9:00 and I did I was there at 8:50 promptly. After sitting there for 4 and 1/2 hours I was told that the person that works on windshield was not there. Not exactly sure why I sat there for 4 and 1/2 hours only to be told that I couldn't be serviced but nevertheless I came today and I was a few minutes late due to 2 wrecks on 45. The first person I interacted with with Adam he was extremely rude and very snarky. He would not allow me to complete a sentence and I hope that you guys have cameras so that you can cross reference exactly what I'm telling you. There was a point where I had to ask him "did the middle of my sentence interrupt the beginning of his". He would not stop talking over me and would not let me complete a sentence. I explained to him that he was being extremely snarky. When I requested to speak to the manager he said that he was the manager and I told that there was absolutely no way that someone left him in charge of their business and I wanted to speak to the manager over everyone. He makes a phone call and then a young man named Caesar comes out. From Caesars demeanor I could immediately tell he was not the manager. So my first question to him was "are you the general manager". And no point should a representative falsely represent themselves as the manager. Anyone looking for a new car I strongly urge you to go somewhere else. I feel like I was discriminated against because of my alternative lifestyle. Kelvin and Tylen werr great! Very accommodating and hard-working! However Caesar and Adam completely ruined my experience. Every opportunity that I get I am going to strongly recommend that no one comes here. I hope this review reaches everyone that it needs to because poor customer service and especially being rude to a client is u acceptable. I came in perfectly calm but the moment Adam felt like it was okay to be rude and snarky I definitely met him where he was. Find you someone else to play with because it's definitely not me. I will be reaching out to corporate office in escalating this issue because no one with that attitude needs to be a person's first point of contact for any business whether I'm buying a car or a candy bar he does not have the customer service necessary to deal with the general public
