I had a fantastic experience with dotcom auto. Payam is a down to earth guy that isn't in it to make a dollar. They cared for my truck and followed up and even went the extra mile in my opinon. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone and I'm already pitching dotcom auto to my friends.

I purchased a used 2007 Ford Escape from this dealership and Farokh Oveisitork was a down to earth honest person and stuck to his words 100 % and if I need another car I will go to Dot Com Auto. I went to eight other dealers both big and small and not one saleman treated me like I was treated at Dot Com Auto, Their was no pressure on buying a car and when I called them to see if they had the car in stock they informed me they did but the owned might be gone but come on over, check the car and he will be back real soon. The car had only one electronic key and they told me to purchase another key and they would write me a check and they did without any problems. I only wish ALL, Yes all both new and used car dealer ships operated the same way as Dot Com Auto. Thanks for the way my wife and I was treated and I will spread the work about the honesty of this company
