I had purchased from this dealership twice and both times I had a great experience! I worked with Evelyn as my sales professional contact and even though she was brand new to de dealership, she made the process, easy, professional and fast! Managers were also super helpful Steve and Eric were determined to get me into a car that fulfill my needs. They are so awesome!!👏

Contacted this dealer about a vehicle. I asked if the timing belt had been changed yet (vehicle had 116k miles) and was told it wasn't due. I provided proof from Acura that it was absolutely due at 105k miles. Dealer "offered" to replace timing belt and "only" charge me $500. You don't sell a car for OVER Blue Book that still needs $1200 service and then pass the expense on to the customer. I then offered a reasonable price in the middle of Blue Book retail and didnt receive a response. No wonder this dealership has a 2.7 star review.

I just got a car from your place of business. I worked with a dealer who was very professional. He worked to get me a good deal. I would recommend if you visit there place ask for Jimmie walker he will try to get the best deal for you.

Drove almost 2 hours to find the car we wanted has hail damage. It was obvious they was trying to hide it because the car wasn't even washed. Would not recommend this dealership at all!

I set an appointment to come in from out of town to test drive a car. The wrong car was waiting for me. When the correct car was fetched, it hadn’t even been cleaned, although it had been in stock for a month. Worse, the car was lifted, which wasn’t disclosed in the listing and wasn’t obvious from pictures. Further, two very obvious electrical components didn’t work (a heads up display and wireless charging), which I would expect a basic inspection to reveal. All in all, this dealership wasted my time.

One person lied to me and kept putting me off. I was interested in a vehicle. The vehicle still shows as available. It's not available. I won't trust this place.

My experience started out very rough. I set up an appointment with Mina, and was told the car was ready for me to look at. My wife and I drove an hour and a half to look and test out the car. When we arrived Mina was with another customer showing the car we came to see. Mina acted as though she was avoiding me so I ask to speak to a manager. I spoke with the manager which did not help matters. This was one of my worst experiences buying a vehicle. Fortunately we were handed of to Brad Huffman and he saved the sale. If it were not for Brad I would have contacted Corporate.
