After as many times, as I have called and even went down
After as many times, as I have called and even went down there twice I was now told that they do not accept money transfers so I had a wire transfer, set up to go to them, but they told me they would they prefer me to finance

Crooks
So I went up with my daughter to get her first vehicle and the salesmen stated there was a warranty that was included with the vehicle and I said we don’t need that we are from PA we wouldn’t be coming back up here and he said no it’s free it comes with the vehicle and you can use it at any ford certified dealer. When I got home I noticed on the paperwork that there was a charge for $2795 for the warranty!! He clearly lied to us about that. I didn’t want the warranty to begin with and got charged for it!!

Not trustworthy
I bought a 2015 Cadillac XTS in February. One week later I brought it back because of front suspension repair. Paid for a second opinion from Delaware Cadillac and found out to have a bad strut. Same thing MYCAR said. "Due to COVID" i had to wait months for the car to be repaired, only to find out last month when the car started to make the same noise, that the strut was never replaced. It cost me $1300 dollars to get it repaired at Delaware Cadillac, who told me the strut was never replaced. I tried to speak to Junior to settle for half of the bill but never got a call back. I work hard and take care of my family, $1300 right before Christmas was a hit to the pockets. All I ask for is fairness and a hint of honesty. It was not given here. Do not deal with this company. Not disgruntled, just disappointed. Thought about suing but just don't have the patience. I'll let God sort it out. Please take my advice.

Great Experience
My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Tahoe from My Car. We shopped around for weeks; but no one could match their prices. We decided to make the trip to My Car. When we arrived the sales rep took the time to put together the best deal to fit our needs. This was definitely our best sales experience. We will definitely be back to My Car in the future!

Scammer - bought a car with WARRANTY from dealer, it broke down within a week and given that it was under warranty they didn't even return my calls. I had to pay extra to get it fixed

My Car sells nice cars with a excellent price. If you found a car you want from them, just go buy it immediately. Otherwise, others will do it in a next minute. Junior is a easygoing guy. There’s no way you can find other dealer like this around DE area. I enjoyed the entire process with my purchase. Not sure why someone blame on the dealer when they could not purchase a car. Phone call agreement? What the xxxx is that. How about I told them I go purchase their car next year and give them 1 star if they sell it to others. You paid for mechanic to check out the car. That’s your problem. There’s nothing to do with the dealer. The dealer did not receive any money for that. ‘First Come First Serve’ that how you run a business. My Car doesn’t take deposit on any cars, which mean If you really want the car, please make sure you are waiting outside before the dealer opens. That’s how i did on most of my purchase. You and me both knew what’s in the car. Even The dealer markup that car $10k more, it’s still worth it. PS: I was there 3 days before you check out the car. Either way, you are not the first anyway.
