5/5 Stars - By far, the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! I was extremely impressed by Paul and his willingness to go above and beyond for his customers. I purchased a truck from him from out of state. He quickly addressed every question and concern I had about the vehicle and the process to buy it. He also insisted on paying to fix parts of the truck that were damaged by the previous owner, which he had no obligation to do. On top of that, because I was flying in from out of state, he cut his admin fee in half to help me out and even went as far as offering to shuttle me from the airport to save me the added expense. We’re talking about a guy who was willing to field a million of my questions, take multiple pictures/videos of specific parts of the truck (in the rain!), and even went out of his way to help me plan the drive back to SC and filled up my tank ($100) just because it’s what he does for his customers. Paul is running one of the VERY FEW dealerships out there that you can undoubtedly trust to keep your best interests in mind - more so over a profit/commission. I would make the 17 hour drive again just to give him more business.

After anticipating that I would visit 3 dealerships in a day, Elite Auto was my first and only stop. We were able to facilitate a trade-in, analyze options, and negotiate a price. Paul has been easy to work with and took care of the paperwork. We love the van! Thank you!

Bought a Honda Oddesey and traded in my Camry. Elite auto are a small family owned business, Paul was great to deal with, he gave us a fair price for our trade and we paid a fair price for the oddesey. The whole buying process was low pressure with no games and was handled in efficient manner. Had one minor issue with the van after we took possession of it, Paul immediately had the issue fixed. This is a trustworthy dealer and I would have no hesitation buying another vehicle from them or recommending them.

I did a trade in and he took care of me. Paul delivered the vehicle to my work, which was less stress for me. He took the time to go through every detail. Buyer beware. Very disappointment . Go to a real dealer not these wholesalers or distributors who buy and resale junk cars. Thinking about getting a lawyer involved to enforce lemon laws.

We looked and looked for the right car but were not able to find it anywhere. We gave Elite Auto KC the parameters for what we were looking for and they were able to locate one and get us a better deal than we had seen on any similar models!
