Samantha Kricker was my sales representative and she did

Samantha Kricker was my sales representative and she did a fantastic job. I only wanted white with Grey leather. Originally was looking at CR-V but I explained I had a HR-V loaner car once and I really liked it. So she went to see what was available and "Boom", they only had 1 on the lot a 2026! Samantha was the best. I've had a good relationship with Chase and Brannon. Chase came out and got a picture with me and Samantha. I have serviced used vehicles with Burleson Honda for a long time and I have nothing but good to say about them. I read some of the bad reviews, I highly encourage you to give them a 2nd chance. Speak directly with Chase and you won't regret it.

Bought a car from Samantha.

Bought a car from Samantha. Buying a car with her is stress free. Very easy to talk to. I went to other dealerships but returned back to there because I could tell she was going to do me right and I liked her better than all the salesman elsewhere.

Had our 1998 Honda CRV in for timing belt replacement and

Had our 1998 Honda CRV in for timing belt replacement and some other minor repairs done. This time I had the best service ever with this dealership, the service advisor spent time with me setting up my appointment and he advised me on everything and progress regarding our car. Cody Freeman very good.

Incompetence supreme

Bought a 2020 Honda Passport (used). Within a month, the car was in the shop 4 times. When I brought it back to complain, the whole crew from salesman to manager was horrible. They tried to say the only thing on the lot that fit my needs was a brand new crv. They didn’t care at all that they had screwed me over with the previous car. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!’ Most incompetent group of people I’ve ever dealt with in my 49 years of life. They are not into customer service at all!!!!!

Don't buy here

Specifically asked to see new accord lx but was pushed to accord ex and test drive. Repeating I wanted accord lx. Salesman totally disregarded what I wanted and even came back with purchase amount $$$ on ex model. I left and next day salesman called, told him I wasn't interested and hung up. He immediately called back, I said don't call me again. He immediately called back, so I got extremely rude and told him what part of don't *"!&#?; call me again don't you understand. Pushy salesman that try to sell you what THEY want and disregard what YOU want!

Lying about service availability

Service is horrible. We were told to bring our Odessey in for diagnostic to see what was wrong. They said it would be done that day. later they called and said it would be 24-48 hours and no loaner car. The owner of this business should be embarrassed. This is no way to treat customers.

0/10 awful

Honda Burleson is EASILY the most incompetent group I’ve ever done business with. Long story short my vehicle needed a few things done before it could leave, and in order for this to be expedited I need to purchase the vehicle. Since they finally negotiated down on price and seemed confident they could send it out I decided to go ahead and do it. This was Thursday and my salesman Robert was confident that it would be ready to drive home Friday. I had my doubts, so I asked about worse case scenario. Of course I was right and Friday passed and I was then told Saturday afternoon it would be ready Monday end of day. Right I was again. Monday I was frustrated and called the sales manager Jerry , who after rudely kept talking over me and telling me “I don’t know what you want me to do” said end of day Tuesday. As of now it’s supposed to be ready Wednesday. This place is the definition of incompetence from the top down and I wouldn’t ever dream of doing business with them again. Do what ever you can to avoid Burleson Honda.

Do Not Go Here

Avoid Burleson Honda at all cost. After negotiating a deal for 5 hours( they wanted 5k market adjustment and undervalued trade in by 3k) and signing all the paperwork they informed us the car would not be ready until the next day. Ok, that is irritating but I can be understandable. My wife had been up since 3am that day and it was now midnight. We elected to leave my trade in at the dealership so I could safely drive my wife home and we would get the new car tomorrow. Next day, we walk in, excited to get into our new vehicle. The finance manager informed me that they needed to re-negotiate the deal because their lead tech said there was 20k worth of fixes on my trade. Mind you, this is after all paperwork had been signed. They said their lead tech was off when they originally looked at my trade in. I told them no thank you, we signed an agreement I would like my vehicle now. They refused and had the salesman bring my trade in back to the front. I talked to the manager and requested copies of all the paperwork we signed. He told me he was going to shred all the paperwork at first and then said he was unsure what to do. He said I can’t give you paperwork to a car you do not own and that he would have to talk to his HR team and give me a call tomorrow. I get back in my trade vehicle and they left all their stickers on the vehicle and writing on the vehicle. When I fired up the vehicle the check engine light was on and was running rough. They claimed to only have done an inspection of the vehicle, but it did not have this issue when I left it the day before. Still have not received my copy of the contracts we signed and no phone call from the manager.
