    ***THE GREATEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR AND A GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT RUN BY CHASE RASMUSSEN*** To whoever is reading this review. My name is Douglas Burack... and I live in Frisco, TX. My wife and I purchased a car for our son at this dealership. The car was preowned, but was a great vehicle. Kevin Baker, the manager and sales person Janett Navarro assisted me in the purchase of the vehicle....IT WAS GREAT! The people at this dealership care! I REALLY MEAN IT! My wife and I were very happy with the vehicle purchase and my son loves his car! There is something else you should know about Burleson Honda...they have a secret weapon which is the fantastic service department which is run by CHASE RASMUSSEN, the service manager. I cannot say enough good things about Chase or the team that he leads. I will tell you that the pre-owned car we bought had some minor repairs, however, CHASE and his team took unbelievable and excellent care of the vehicle repairs. Chase even gave my son a loaner vehicle to use. The repairs were priced extremely fair and came with the HONDA warranty! Look, it is not often that I post reviews like this, but I had too. I know it is hard for people to find a good dealership and one you can trust. Believe me, I have been there.....I just want you to know, that my experience was fantastic during the sale and the follow up service was also fantastic! If you are thinking about buying a car at Burleson Honda, I highly recommend it! You will be very happy! The executive assistant: Andie Villalobos was great to deal and speak with and was very polite and professional. Yes, I live in Frisco, Texas, a good hour drive away, however, I believe it is worth the drive! I love this dealership and will purchase another vehicle from them!     Went in for an oil change, met up w dee, super friendly and helpful, highly recommend you go see dee, he is my go to service guy forever! He knows everything... about cars in general, and cares about you and your car! Best experience ever!

    Beware of Hidden fees!!! The price they listed on their website is not what they will quote you in person! I also used the USAA TrueCar app which gives... Military discount price but they don’t follow it. What is the point of having those apps as a tool for car buying guides if the dealership doesn’t follow it? The salesman and manager will always find a way to make an excuse and blame something like inaccurate prices on the USAA TrueCar app that promises accuracy and instant price breakdown on vehicles from dealership that they partnered with. I mean c’mon it’s 2020, stop living like it’s 1985! People can find the answer over the internet nowadays and compare it. It’s disappointing and that they treat people like veteran customers with a whopping extra $2100 on the top of a used car valued under $15k!!! By the law, consumers only pay for Tax, Title, and License (registration). Document fees should be at a maximum of $150. I was told that the $2100 is to recoup the cost for the reconditioning of the vehicle and when I checked the battery the sticker was dated 06/18 which is 2 years old!!! Make sure y’all check the battery stickers for date (warranty) and tires are stamped with dates because that’s how manufacturers keep track of the warranty! Don’t let dealership ripoff honest people and don’t let Honda Burleson take your hard-earned money. Only pay for what is listed on the website and the Actual Vehicle Value. Any extras like tint, wheel locks, and etc are not required to pay by the law! Dealership installed items are gimmicks! I understand the work that is done but if they are going to charge me extra $2100 for reconditioning then why they didn’t even fix the bumper damage of the car. The only thing that is relevant to the repairs are the new tires and that’s it! When I talked to the manager I told him that I don’t want to pay for dealership fee $2100 because it’s not listed on their website. They will try to argue and show you the generic message (footnotes*) thinking they can somehow make you believe that you are required to pay extra because you are stupid enough not to understand the internet price and basic math! Stop making excuses, be fair and honest to customers. Don’t even mention transparency if you can’t itemize the items for charging an extra $2100. It’s a xxxx used car! Not an antique. Car buying experience should be fun but my salesman asks me questions like I’m a dollar sign! Be knowledgeable on the product and explain the functionality of the vehicle before proceeding with the price and then don’t go to your manager when you can’t decide about the final price because you don’t make the financial decisions! You’re a salesman for a reason so earn your title, managers manage employees and not customers! I can’t even imagine how they make sales in the new car department...

    We had the same issue happen as another reviewer. We found the car we liked online, tried to purchase the car with cash, and then was told the car was... "accidentally" marked wrong on the website. They said it would be $2500 more for a reconditioning fee. Very disappointed in Burleson Honda where we had purchased a brand new car a few years earlier.

    ILLEGAL BAIT AND SWITCH BY TEXAS LAW! They advertised a price, than when I was set to purchase it at that price they added a "Reconditioning fee" which... was not in the listed price. THIS IS ILLEGAL BASED ON TEXAS CAR DEALERS LAW 10.9.A. They do it so their cars will show up as a good deal on KBB, because the price is right, but then they raise the cost (QUOTING THEM) UP TO $4000.00. oN MINE THEY TRIED TO RAISE IT $2,500. A complete group of scammers and FRAUDS!!

    About a year ago I went to Honda dealership in Burleson Texas. my husband had passed away. and it more than I could handle. I went to the doctor she said... I needed to see a specialist. I did and she did help. thought it would be a good idea to visit my daughter in Virginia. I stayed three weeks and came home and decided I would get me a car, so I went to the Honda in Burleson Texas. I told them I wanted a white CR-V. the woman told me I couldn't have that car because my husband who had passed away Credit score wasn't good enough. I said not so my husband had perfect credit. she said well it's probably a computer glitch but I have to go by that. she said she had a HR V I could have. she said you can't have white. I told her would you please bring my car around I want to go home. She said you don't have a car. she kept me there almost all day she wore me down. she charge me for the CR-V which was much higher. the car has been a thorn in my side so I went to trade it and found out I couldn't it would cost me to much. we figured it out and she made eight thousand dollars off me. there is so much more that I could say but I will later. I'm over seventy years old. Everytime I think about the way Honda in Burleson Texas did me it makes me want to cry. they knew I was on a fixed income but that didn't bother her at all. I will tell more later. I have proof.
