Burleson Honda

The car experience was fine until I got to a finance manager name Kirby Jackson. He is a crook and lies on the paperwork. He says he is going to fix it then months later my finance company has not received the paperwork and I have not got the refund it states I should have got on the paperwork. Then when he finally did send the paperwork it had the wrong dates on it so he could be sure to get his cut before everything was pushed through. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HIM!! ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!

Pearce was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and—most importantly—patient as he helped me find the right vehicle. The entire experience was stress-free thanks to him. I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We live in Abilene Texas and after finding the exact Honda Passport we were searching for, we thought we found the honest dealership. We went through the entire process of setting up our purchase for the next day; qualified, agreed on pricing, agreed on our tradein. And they pulled the rug out from under us and said the car was sold. We were talking to two sales persons and two sales managers. We had Honda run our credit and approve our loan and financing. We gave them our Camry tradin vin # and referred price. Then after they said it was sold and offered a different color. They said they couldn't get the car we wanted anywhere. Turns out Texas Honda has it and they never pursued it. We don't want dealers to keep running our credit because it lowers our credit score. So we asked if our loan could be left as pre-approved so we can buy elsewhere. They said no. In ministry for over 20 I can only leave them up to the Lord. We can only say thank you to our God not knowing how much worse this dealer could have done to us. Thank you. Pastor Fred

Samantha Kricker was my sales representative and she did a fantastic job. I only wanted white with Grey leather. Originally was looking at CR-V but I explained I had a HR-V loaner car once and I really liked it. So she went to see what was available and "Boom", they only had 1 on the lot a 2026! Samantha was the best. I've had a good relationship with Chase and Brannon. Chase came out and got a picture with me and Samantha. I have serviced used vehicles with Burleson Honda for a long time and I have nothing but good to say about them. I read some of the bad reviews, I highly encourage you to give them a 2nd chance. Speak directly with Chase and you won't regret it.

Bought a car from Samantha. Buying a car with her is stress free. Very easy to talk to. I went to other dealerships but returned back to there because I could tell she was going to do me right and I liked her better than all the salesman elsewhere.

Had our 1998 Honda CRV in for timing belt replacement and some other minor repairs done. This time I had the best service ever with this dealership, the service advisor spent time with me setting up my appointment and he advised me on everything and progress regarding our car. Bought a 2020 Honda Passport (used). Within a month, the car was in the shop 4 times. When I brought it back to complain, the whole crew from salesman to manager was horrible. They tried to say the only thing on the lot that fit my needs was a brand new crv. They didn’t care at all that they had screwed me over with the previous car. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!’ Most incompetent group of people I’ve ever dealt with in my 49 years of life. They are not into customer service at all!!!!!
