Prestin, Tom, and Devin were absolutely amazing.

Prestin, Tom, and Devin were absolutely amazing. My mom and I went in to get a car, and we both came out with ones that we love. We encountered many issues that we thought would have prevented us from obtaining vehicles, but they did everything they could to get us exactly what we wanted. As a first time buyer, I am very pleased I came here. They made the process run as smoothly as possible and were willing to help us any way they could. I recommend them to anyone that asks. Thank you for your kindness and help!

Prestin, Tom, and Devin were absolutely amazing. My mom and I went in to get a car, and we both came out with ones that we love. We encountered many issues that we thought would have prevented us from obtaining vehicles, but they did everything they could to get us exactly what we wanted. Horrible

The place is a joke...one of the sales mgr's has a mouth and a attitude,they lie to you by telling you one thing and then it turns out to be b.s....the salesman tells me in text a guarantee price and then the so called sales mgr says he can't tell you the price he is only a salesman and I the mgr is the only one who can do that....the place is a joke I would definitely look else where to purchase a vehicle....

FALSE ADVERTISING

Heard for months on the radio how if you make at least 350 a week they can get you into a vehicle. Ask for credit amnesty if you have bad credit. I even called and asked if they work with my income ? I was told “ we certainly do!” Which was false information. They DO NOT work with any credit ( no credit amnesty ) FALSE ADVERTISING! ! !

Go ask for joe

Go see Joe at ole ben Franklin. He done a great job. He wil do what it takes to get you a vehicle. Joe was very helpful with the type of vehicle I was wanting

My wife and I purchased our first vehicle from Joe

My wife and I purchased our first vehicle from Joe Montgomery at Ole Ben Franklin Motors in Alcoa. Joe was always friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Joe is down to earth listens to what you need/want and takes you from there. Showed us options after discussing our money flexibility so we knew up front what we could look at comfortably. For us that meant alot, two of our potential vehicles were at the Knoxville location Joe drove us there and allowed us to test drive another potential vehicle there once we got to the Knox location Joe was awesome kept us informed held conversation with our son and helped us test drive the others vehicles and we brought back our dream car (each location works with each other like a seamless team ,that was awesome to see no competition just teamwork) where Joe worked us the deal of our lives . After that experience we will never buy another car anywhere else , we are Joey Bananas for life!!! While Joe was out, we also briefly worked with Ryan who was great. He made the purchasing and pick up of the car seamless, and went out his way to make sure we were happy and knowledgeable with our purchase. I recommend both salesman, and my wife and I plan on coming back for our next vehicle in the future.

Outstanding people to work with.

Outstanding people to work with. Peyton and Gino worked hard till the deal was done and we walked out in a vehicle that we love. Thank you so much for y’all’s hard work. If you are looking for a vehicle go see Peyton and Gino. They will do everything they can to help get you in a vehicle if it’s possible.

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW VEHICLE FOR MONTHS AND I

I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW VEHICLE FOR MONTHS AND I HAVE TO SAY THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO OLE BEN FRANKLIN THE SALES REP JOE WAS HONEST RIGHT UP FRONT AND TRIED HIS BEST TO GET ME APPROVED. I FOLLOWED HIS ADVISE AND STARTING WORKING ON MY CREDIT THE NEXT DAY AFTER I LEFT. TWO MONTHS WENT PAST AND JOE REACHED OUT TO SEE HOW THINGS WERE GOING ON 6/24/23 AND INFORMED ME THAT THERE WHERE SEVERAL PROMOTIONS GOING ON I WAS SORTA HESTITATE AT FIRST THEN I THOUGHT IM GOING GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY. I RECIEVED A CALL FROM TOM THE GENERAL MANAGER AND HE ALSO PROVIDED ME WITH SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROMOTIONS WITH BANKS THEY HAD GOING ON AND ASK ME TO COME IN. SO I WENT IN AND WHEN I ARRIVED A SALES REP NAMED RYAN ASSISTED ME AND HE WAS ALSO RIGHT UP FRONT AND HONEST BETWEEN JOE RYAN AND TOM ASSISTING ME AND WORKING SO HARD TO GET ME A VEHICLE THAT I WANTED THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME IN A 2023 SUV IT BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES I WAS SO EXCITED AND THEY WORKED SO HARD ALL DAY TO GET ME WHAT I WANTED AND THE PAYMENTS I COULD AFFORD. THEY WERE ABSOLUTLY AMAZING AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECIEVED WAS OUTSTANDING I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO SEE TOM RYAN AND JOE. Terrible customer service!!!

If I could give zero stars to this location, I would! I had a terrible experience with terrible customer service. I went in after making an appointment, with details for a certain vehicle. When I arrived the man I spoke to on the phone wasn't even there (he was on vacation) and no one knew what I was there looking for. I was shopping for a Jeep Wrangler and they hadn't any on the lot, even though I was told when i made my appointment that they would have some for me to look at. Then I spoke with Nino who asked that I give him the opportunity to locate me a Wrangler and have it ordered and shipped to their location. I agreed and they ran my credit and started the search process. After a couple days Nino contacted me and let me know they found some options. I agreed to one and was told it would be ordered. After that, it was like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of him again (text and phone call). After 5 days he finally got back to me and told me it would be there Tuesday. I travel for work and was only suppose to be in town for 1 week. This would be delivered during the following week. I said I could make that work and took the extra week off. Now losing money to invest in a new vehicle I thought was ordered. Come Tuesday, I still had not heard from Nino. I called the dealership and was told he had the day off. I was so angry! Then the dealership continued to put me on hold for over 40 mins after I asked to speak to a manager. I was told by "Nino's associate" that he would give my info to a manager to call me back. It's now Saturday....NO ONE ever called me! So now I lost a week of pay and they ran my credit and I thought I was getting a vehicle that, as far as I am concerned, was never even ordered! Beware of this location!

Terrible customer service!!!

Best Place To Go if you're looking for a car!!

I was stuck upside down in a lemon and everyone else said they couldn't help me and Bryan Willoughby stepped up and got me in a brand new car. Highly recommend this place and if I purchase another vehicle will definitely be back!!
