Bought a Chevrolet SS which I am very happy with. Guys were very helpful and honest which was greatly appreciated as I was buying from interstate. All was done in a timely manner and I was able to drive away with all paperwork completed after flying in to Charlotte, a quick uber away. Recommend these guys for their friendly, honest and punctual communication.

They don't check, their emails for application promptly. Communication is lacking. They don't answer text messages. If they are as busy as they say, then get more help. I will have to say not being able to buy the car, wasn't their fault, I did have issues with credit, and down payment. I will check when I receive some inheritance money to see if it's still available.

I had an excellent experience with Burn Out Garage, especially working with Schaad. He helped me find a 2021 white-on-white Tesla Model Y at auction and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was sourced from Texas and, from pickup to delivery, detailing, servicing, and me taking possession, the entire process took just 8 days. Didn't purchase vehicle but had a great experience with Shod. I live 4 hours away from this dealer and we talked about what I was looking for and kept in touch for several days. When I called to make appt. To look at a car Shod was very honest with me about vehicles problems so I wouldn't make a trip that wasn't necessary. I appreciate the honesty and the help he gave me so I wouldn't get taken for granted.

Ladies and gentlemen, please stay away from this dealership, they are a big scammers from the sales person to the owners, so I flew from nj to sc , 1- they gave me the wrong airport, I had to pay for another flight $350 on the top of the 1st flight , I got to the location and I see the car , it looks ok , I told the salesperson I’m taking it to mechanic to inspected, the mechanic discovered the codes were erased and it need it a lot of work , I went back to the dealership and I showed them , they told they can’t do nothing about with an attitude, they didn’t even offer to return half of the money that they promised to split with me , mean while while while I'm there, another costumer was arguing with the salesman that he sold him a car that smokes very bad. , so I left the dealership and I had to rent a car for $600 to drive back to nj, it was the worst experience that I ever had in my life.

When leaving a review at least be honest! YOU flew to the wrong airport because YOU booked your flight to the wrong airport. The car you were buying was a 56,000 mile, one owner 21 year old lexus that belonged to our friends GRANDMOTHER and it had zero issues! You took it to a mechanic who we all know and we called after you left the lot mad that day, he said the car was PERFECT! You came back to lie about the car claiming it smoked and was leaking niether issue was present when you were asked to show me. You wanted to low ball us and drive back to Jersey after making false claims to get a better deal. Well I'm glad you decided not to buy it because we sold it to a Pastor who loves it and already sent us 2 referrals! This review more reflects you lack of ability to conduct business in a fair and honest way than our ability to sell a good used car. You came, you lied, and you went home wasting $500 flying around the carolinas and $600 on a rental making yourself look stupid, and only to prove it with this malicious and false review. Cowards do what you did here...

Bought a 2006 Infiniti Q45 Sport. The car is in fantastic shape and the price was hard to beat. Salesmen were down to earth pretty cool dudes. Highly recommend.

Are they a scam. Twice I tried to inquire about the car they have shown… and never got a peep back. Got the same car somewhere else. If the car was sold - take it off the site and stop wasting peoples time!

I live in NY and found a 1992 Cadillac brougham for sale. White with Blue Interior with Original 25K miles. I did all the paperwork within just a few days. The car finally came today. WOW I am impressed. The car is exactly how it appeared on their website. Clean and looks Brand New. The cars interior smells like leather. Thanks For All Your help. My dad is going to be so happy

Wouldn’t recommend this dealership for their lack of transparency and honesty. Talked with dealership numerous times about possible issues with the car, giving them ample opportunity to be upfront about problems. Drove two hours just to find out the 2016 Ford Mustang GT had multiple issues. Be careful or better yet avoid them.
