My disabled senior husband was lied to and ripped off by Willie. I've tried to talk to them about the problem I get told the manager will call me, still waiting. They charged him $599. for "dealer preparation" but didn't prep a xxxx thing. Biggest scam ever. I will be turning them into several agencies and social media is a nice tool to use against places like this. 2000 Nissan Xterra. I don't want to give them y stars but you have to just for the review to go threw. Big rip off

My husband and I bought a 2006 chevy. Willie and Avery were wonderfully friendly and willing to negotiate a deal that made us very happy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to find the right car for the right price. No pressure sales, and agreeable terms.

Our recent purchase went wonderfully from the initial greeting to wrapping up the deal in finance. Our salesperson Andres Peinado was knowledgeable, courteous, and a pleasure to do business with. We could not ask for anymore from a salesperson. The management team was extremely friendly and personable and came out and introduced themselves and visited with my wife and I. They really made us feel comfortable in the dealership. This was a great experience at a great store. When we were there they had everything from Porsche’s to Ford Raptors to family economy cars and everything in between. Bottom line if you’re in the market for a mega deal on a car or truck the Powers location Springs Automotive Group and United States Army Veteran Andres Peinado are the way to go!!!

Came in to get a VIN verification done for my car. It was pretty busy but i was approached immediately by Andres and told he would be right with me. Waited 5 minutes and he was right with me to help. Even with 4 or 5 different people asking him questions he still helped me in under 5 minutes and was very kind the entire time. Thank you Andres!
