Dealership was very respectful and polite.

Dealership was very respectful and polite. I went in to buy a vehicle with my two and a half year old and they were totally helpful. My sales representative even got my son two different snacks! Highly recommend!

It has been nothing but a nightmare since purchasing this

It has been nothing but a nightmare since purchasing this vehicle. I was told things were done from service later found out they weren?t. Wrong parts were ordered causing my car to go back many times. Engine recall in which they had my car for 6 weeks and upon them returning it it smoked and burned up in my driveway. Oil also leaked all over my driveway and they offered no compensation. Returned my car without gas. Terrible communication. I wanted quotes on a trade in and contacted sales 3 times without a reply.

The folks at Faulkner Infinity are friendly, courteous

The folks at Faulkner Infinity are friendly, courteous and efficient. My experience there made me feel confident in their ability to diagnose and effect a repair on my car that involved a leak that I was unaware of. This attention to detail prevented a much more costly repair.

My tire had a nail in it and the team got me a new tire

My tire had a nail in it and the team got me a new tire under warranty and gave me a loaner so I didn?t miss any work during the process!

Quality customer service is not consistent. Being told I don't know with no followup is not acceptable. Especially when dealing with an engine recall.

Staff was friendly and able to help.

Staff was friendly and able to help. Due to my work hours, it was just hard to get ahold of then sometimes. But each interaction was great.

I purchased my vehicle from Faulkner Infiniti.

I purchased my vehicle from Faulkner Infiniti. I have such a wonderful experience everytime that I am here. Recently, I got a screw in my tire. Luckily for me, I got the warranty. So I called and was able to get a new tire and my oil changed on the same day.
