Pretty much no one on the staff was wearing a mask at all. I watched one staff member sneeze out into the open without covering her mouth or nose and without... a proper face covering. There was no social distancing in the seating and customers were in top of each other. There was no indication that we were in a pandemic aside from their complimentary mask sign—not that anyone was taking advantage of that service. They did not enforce a mask rule and I felt extremely unsafe. They would also get very close to customers without wearing a mask correctly.

We have cases of masks provided to our team and they a...re instructed to wear them in public facing spaces. Your review has been forwarded to our leadership team. Over the past two months I've had to take my 2007 Mercedes Benz S550 to this dealership three times. I was having issues with the Air Ride System. Front... end was dropping down and not airing back up. Took it in and was told it was a valve that needed to be replaced. $989.00. Did that. Get it home and was having same issue that I took it in for. I go back and this time I'm told its the right front strut needing replace. $2500. I pay for that. Two days later my radiator is leaking. No problems with radiator before hand. They tell me my radiator has a crack in it. $1449.00. I pay that. Get it back home and the washer fluid reservoir is leaking. Was not leaking before I took it here. Now my ABS Lights are on. I took it to a different place and they tell me its a result of work done on the Air Ride System. Do not trust this Dealership(Stealership) with your vehicle.
