Unprofessional client care – professional screw ups!...

Unprofessional client care – professional screw ups! these people have no idea what theyre doing and strictly care about making their commissions but not helping or dealing with the aftermath of their screw ups i had to escalate to amvic Stay away from this place. I stupidly reloaned from them after writing my previous vehicle off – i was convinced and promised my previous loan would be paid in full – after one month of having my new vehicle loan i was still being billed from the previous bank, i checked my credit and sure enough automaxx did not pay my previous loan in full and left 600 sitting delinquent on my credit. After reaching out to darian the sales manager a total of 4 times and being ignored – i escalated the matter to dexx the general manager – after waiting a day for him he called me back to tell me he doesn’t know why its still on my credit and too basically figure it out myself because its my credit... wait what?...but aren’t they the ones who were supposed to pay it in full? And aren’t they the ones handling all the finances ?.... they are literally leaving me to deal with their screw ups alone with no help from them. ...After getting obviously upset he hung up the phone on me-.. i have escalated the matter to amvic and to no surpise this isn’t their first complaint i have been told. my brain cant handle dealing with this incompetence anymore. This is so stressful! Hopefully the principal of the practise actually returns my call –

Unfortunately, we can't control the stop-payment you put on the previous loan. That was the only reason your loan wasn't paid in full. We did try to communicate that to you, but failed to have a reasonable and polite discussion with you.

What is owing on my credit from the previous loan is 3x the stop payment - that is a lie. And regardless of the stop payment- the loan should STILL be paid In full not have $700 remaining.... The stop payment was for 247 .... not $700?

Be aware and stay fare way from automaxx, they don’t respect them self!! I wish to be able to give them non star!! Worst experience ever!!! I asked them to get (( AWD )) car and they sold me SUV Nissan rogue (( FWD )) , and also I asked them to make sure getting winter tires, they also give me all season tires!!I i went to the mechanic shop to get inspection for it to start driving for Uber, tired to left up the hood the rod missed!!! You can't hold it !! And the heater also too bad I'm freezing , I go to automaxx again to fixing the heater and for give me the rod, they said for the rod they will order it, and for the heater I do appointment with the service I take the next day and I wait (( 2)) hours and still not working, no idea what I also missed!! NOBODY cares, and never show respect!!!!! Anyway save your money and never waste your time they will make you feel that you got scammed by selling you a car with good condition as what they will tell u but you will end up baying more and bringing the car from automax to the mechanic and pay even more to fix it cuz u got stuck to it.

Hi Naji, I'm really surprised and disappointed by your review. Your hood rod was on order - unfortunately parts are tough to get right now with Covid affecting supply chains everywhere. We communicated that to you - obviously something got lost in that communication. As for your tires, we just got you our cost on them, we didn't choose them and to be fair, we also bought you new rims even though we didn't need to. Finally, the car had a stuck thermostat, which we replaced the same day at no-charge even though you showed up almost three hours late for your appointment and we had to pay a mechanic for the time that he waited for you. So, I'd ask you to please review this experience and consider again if you think this is a fair and accurate review.

For the rims it was regular with out air sensors you did not put the sensors for you to sell it to me separately for $50 each you want me to pay you extra $200!!! For just the air sensors. $250 is actually the cost of the rims with the sensors. Ur focus was takeing all of my money .. you accusedme for being late 3hrs late ?????? Lemme make it clear sir My appointment was at ((( 3:00 pm ))) I come at (( 3:08 pm )) only 8 minutes late because of traffic, where did come from hrs late?? Now you know what time my appointment was !!! and for the thermostat it still not working after your ((professional)) mechanic tried to fixed them as what you said but i will tell you no one have touched it nor tried to fix it im still freezing in the car, no one do any thing with the car and you guys let me wait for 2 hours for nothing, such waste of time, you said for the mechanic time eh ???? What I have to say more ??? about my time waiting for nothing … Or no heater in the car !! This is my fair review for automax, I’m writing facts and the truth of what i actually experienced.

If you want a very patient salesman who will go beyond to...

If you want a very patient salesman who will go beyond to get what you need then Holly Lockhart at the Calgary Automaxx is the salesperson you want to have in your corner. We started shopping for a new vehicle to replace our 2015 Chrv truck, with a plan to add a transfer seat to the car so that my husband could transfer from his wheelchair into the car. My husband then decided he wasn't ready to let the Chev truck go. A couple weeks later our needs changed to a wheelchair accessible can. Hollystarted another search, using her contacts within the spinal cord Injury community to find suitable van that we could afford. She negotiated a good price for our 2015 Chev truck. The only pressure was the pressure Holly put on herself to find a suitable vehicle for us while we, seniors, struggled making our decisions. She is very friendly upbeat, and kept us informed of her progress as she was searching for a vehicle for us. Thank you Holly.

I had an amazing experience dealing with Zaina, she made it very easy and exciting!! She got me exactly what I had wanted and more in the new 2021 Camry she got me in. The experience was so smooth and she even delivered the car right to me! I would definitely recommend Zaina and AutoMaxx to anyone needing help getting into a new vehicle. Thank you again!

I recently purchased a beautiful 1969 GTO from Automaxx located at 715 41 Ave NE. The sales professional (Kevin Beaudry) was amazing to deal with and made the entire process easy. Kevin was well informed on the vehicle, was not high pressure and made sure all of my questions were answered completely. The purchase went smoothly and Kevin's attention to detail on the after purchase servicing was impressive. I would without a doubt purchase another vehicle from Automaxx and would seek out Kevin to assist me in completing the sale. Well Done Kevin!!
