I was promised a bumper-to-bumper warranty up to 60,000km, which was a key factor in my decision to purchase such a high-performance vehicle. Imagine my shock when I took the truck to Ford for service and inspection within 1 month of purchase only to discover leaking shocks and a complete lack of the specialized maintenance this vehicle requires. Ford refused to honor any warranty claims, stating the VIN number identifies the truck as a regular Ford, not a Shelby. To add insult to injury, the warranty isn't even transferable beyond the original owner! When I confronted Automaxx about these issues, they met me with a barrage of lies and blatant disrespect. They fabricated stories to avoid covering any service costs and even resorted to yelling and swearing within earshot, clearly unconcerned with my presence or complaint. Their entire demeanor demonstrated a complete disregard for me as a customer, a stark contrast to the charming facade they put on during the sale. Automaxx's business practices are deplorable. They lure you in with false promises and then treat you like garbage once the deal is done. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to steer clear. This level of dishonesty and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, and I will be reporting their unethical conduct to the appropriate authorities.

Classy, clean and well reun dealership. Would go there and do business with them again. In particular, Mike Menane is class personified. From beginning to end he was clear, patient, ask questions and make sure I got the vehicle I wanted sparkling and ready to go. I will definitely work with Mike again and refer people his way.

I had a really great experience with this dealership! My dealer Alex got me exactly what I wanted, he was very efficient, he listened to what I was requesting and made sure he worked with me to get it. I was breathing down his neck a bit because I needed a vehicle asap and he never once got annoyed or impatient with me even though I’m sure I was being a bit annoying and rushing him. Also, after I signed the paperwork he was still attentive and checking in with me to answer my questions and make sure I was happy with everything. The other people at the dealership were great as well including the finance manager Matt.
