My car broke three times, lost in value, was not told about many hidden fees, I have a loan for the car thatโs worth half of value dealership would not take ownership and all they try to sell me and tell me I have no negative activity on a new car however, as you look closer, they add that negative equity to your loan so you technically do so be aware!!

Buyer be aware and do not deal with Austin Woods, who
Buyer be aware and do not deal with Austin Woods, who claims to be the owner he is not. He will lead clients promise to try a negative equity. Get new car and roll that equity into a loan which is predatory practices at these dealership to be investigated for these kind of service.. these shady practices are worrisome and manager needs to be aware that this will be reported for review

My experience has been deeply disappointing.
My experience has been deeply disappointing. The company still owes me a refund for sales tax that was collected but not properly remitted. Because the vehicle was purchased out of state, they were responsible for sending the sales tax payment directly to my DMV. Due to their failure to do so, I ended up paying the sales tax twice. Despite assurances that someone would contact me to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive any communication. Additionally, it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone for assistance. While the exterior of the vehicle was generally acceptable, the interior was in poor condition and did not meet reasonable standards. To make matters worse, less than two miles into my six-hour drive home, I discovered a flat tire. Although the company eventually provided assistance, it took over an hour to get me back on the road. They did not offer to replace the tire or provide any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience.

I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie in for a vibration
I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie in for a vibration while driving, suspected a bad tire. They checked all 6 tires and rebalanced them and said they were all good and to drive. I got on the highway and the vibration was still there so I called the service writer. He told me there technician was gone for the day because they had no work, at 3:45 in the afternoon, and there was nothing he could do to help me. So I had a wrecker haul it to another Ram dealer in my home town and had them look at it. They notified me that I had 2 bad tires. If Tuscaloosa Ram technicians cannot tell that a tire is bad I would hate to bring my vehicle there for a major issue.
