My experience has been deeply disappointing.

My experience has been deeply disappointing. The company still owes me a refund for sales tax that was collected but not properly remitted. Because the vehicle was purchased out of state, they were responsible for sending the sales tax payment directly to my DMV. Due to their failure to do so, I ended up paying the sales tax twice. Despite assurances that someone would contact me to resolve this issue, I have yet to receive any communication. Additionally, it has been extremely difficult to reach anyone for assistance. While the exterior of the vehicle was generally acceptable, the interior was in poor condition and did not meet reasonable standards. To make matters worse, less than two miles into my six-hour drive home, I discovered a flat tire. Although the company eventually provided assistance, it took over an hour to get me back on the road. They did not offer to replace the tire or provide any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience.

I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie in for a vibration

I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie in for a vibration while driving, suspected a bad tire. They checked all 6 tires and rebalanced them and said they were all good and to drive. I got on the highway and the vibration was still there so I called the service writer. He told me there technician was gone for the day because they had no work, at 3:45 in the afternoon, and there was nothing he could do to help me. So I had a wrecker haul it to another Ram dealer in my home town and had them look at it. They notified me that I had 2 bad tires. If Tuscaloosa Ram technicians cannot tell that a tire is bad I would hate to bring my vehicle there for a major issue.

My experience was top of the line.

My experience was top of the line. Mario went far and beyond, helping and assuring I get the Jeep I desired. He was very patient and answered all questions , he was calm cool and confident . My experience was top of the line!

My experience was top of the line! I had a chance to speak with all the advisors that day but I was working with Montana who took wonderful care of me and kept me updated throughout my entire time sitting in the lobby!

I had have the worst experience ever dealing with this

I had have the worst experience ever dealing with this dealer. First I was financed with a high interest rate and was confused on why with a credit scorw of 700. Then they didnt give me all of my paperwork and I had to continue for 2 straight weeks calling to asked for documents I should have gotten during the sale. After refinancing with another bank with a way better interest rate myself, needed more documents I should have gotten. They kept sending me to voicemail with no call backs. I asked to speak to a sales manager and my sales rep and kept going to voicemail. Then find out that my GAP coverage was still active after I told finance I purchase with my new bank and now can't get anyone to return my call or even speak with me. Think twice before going to this dealership and purchasing anything from there. Looks like I am going to have to drive an hour from home to have my issue resolve in which I shouldn't have to do.
