Despicable auto dealers “

I bought a 2008 Nissan Titan 6 weeks ago It’s a rip off…they take your money under the As Is Title,so they can rip off the public….the truck needs a lot of work…when I called to let them know they hung up the phone…buyer beware…Don’t buy from this dealership in Cleveland tn RONCO AUTO Group

i feel like they got one over on me

bought a car from them earlier in the week. upon getting my mechanic to do a new vehicle inspection there was a long list of concerns. mechanically it is currently in decent shape and no noticed leaks. however it was noted that whoever did the rebuilt title did not put it back to factory specs and there was a long list of structural issues that long term i am going to have one problem after another. was recommended to get out from under this vehicle sooner rather than later. for now i'm stuck hoping for the best until i can do something about it

Stop lying to people when asking questions on a ca

I am not pleased at all on how the dealer lied to me on all the questions I had asked and everyone of them was yes to them! When it was false to every single one of them! Ever since I had bought my 1999 buick le sabre all I have been doing is fixing one thing after another on it! All I got to say is I hope that GOD has mercy on your soul for the way you do business with customers past , present and future! You should be ashamed of yourself for how you do things!

Stay away

Don't trust these guys. They are shady! I committed to buying a car and the day before I was to pick it up they sold it to someone else. Also since I was in another state they wanted CASH, not a cashiers check. What dealer requires CASH? A crooked one. Stay away.

Enough Said

I bought a vehicle at this car lot - $10.500 After 32 miles the engine stopped running and the engine light came on. Everything the car lot owner said about the vehicle was a lie. Before I bought the truck I was repeatedly told • The truck has never been wrecked (Been wrecked on drivers side) • That the trucks exhaust brake works. (doesn’t work) • That the truck was never repainted, only clear coat applied (whole truck repainted) • Has an inverter that works. (doesn’t work) As it stands • The vehicle leaks oil profusely (From hose with a glove attached to the end to deter signs of oil leakage and blow by). • It cuts in and out when driven. • The turbo leaks oil. • Several codes shown when Code Reader used. (Mechanic says they are due to aftermarket add-ons installed in the truck) That’s a lie. The owner of the lot will not even return calls or come out of office to talk to me, and of course refuses to fix the things that are wrong with the truck.

Give them money and get out

Went to test drive a truck from the lot and noticed the vehicle jerking as it went uphill, I let the owner know and he told me he's driven the vehicle before and never noticed it. So we both get in the vehicle and he drives, he then notices it and says that the coil packs are probably messed up. He says he'll call me when he fixes it. Never got a call. I had to call and he said that it was fixed. I end up buying the vehicle about 3 months ago and ITS FALLING APART! No more A/C, still jerking uphill, driverside window wont roll down, half the window buttons hardly work, rusted from the bottom, steering fluid leak. I took the vehicle back to their mechanic and he told me that the problems were too complicated for them and that I would need to take it to a dealership.

Has a good selection of vehicles with good prices, recommended to a friend and she loves the Acura she bought there. I always check with Joey before buying anywhere else.

Joey helped me find a reliable vehicle. I bought a civic from him and i waited a couple months and i have had no repairs. I would highly recommend him. It is a family run business when walking in you get to meet his whole family.

INCREDIBLY PATIENT, AWESOME PEOPLE

The Ronca's are amazing! Just walking into their lot it is a tell that they are a family, friendly bunch. Everything was super clean and you even met the whole family!(= I went into the lot clueless about cars and I had to find a new car because my current one was a death trap. Well, instead of just trying to sell me cars they let me lead the conversations about what I wanted and my fear of loans, and they were so patient and didn't pitch anything to me. They were super chill and they really knew their stuff. They would answer every single question I had and they would explain to me what would help me in the long run and how I can save money, etc. I bought a HUGE step up car compared to my first one and I am so thankful I did (99 Honda < 2011 Fusion Hybrid). It was SO cheap compared to other lot's asking prices and I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase. Thank you for helping this struggling actor to find an awesome, gas saver for my acting travels. I am definitely recommending you guys to anyone I know who is looking for a car!
