I am really impressed with Donovan. My daughter wanted a new car and she was looking at a couple of places but Glenn was the only one who responded by the internet. We went to look for a new car and she said let me call Donovan at Glenn because he responsed to my email. So, we did and he greeted us when we drove to the dealership. To my surprise he was very family oriented. He was great! He took the time to show us the difference between four differnt cars we were debating. When my daughter said she was interested in the Sonata, he told us and showed us everything about the car. We were both surprised about the history and reviews about this car. And the safety features of the car are outstanding. It sold my daughter! We were just sitting around talking and the next thing I knew he was telling us we were owners of the Sonata and if the one she test drove is the color she wanted. I have bought a lot of cars in my time but this was the greatest experience I have had. Thank you Donovan and Glenn for being such an outstanding dealership.

After finding Glenn Buick, GMC, Hyundia dealership online and the awesome response time it took for Bill to get back with us, we drove 2 1/2 hours to find exactly what we were looking for!!! It was so smooth, painless and quick that it was almost too good to be true! Our local dealership was not willing to deal with us on our trade-in or the price of a new vehicle and with Glenn we were able to communicate via phone much easier! Upon arrival in Lexington we were greeted by all we came in contact with, felt very comfortable and at ease unlike many car dealerships we have been too. The car was waiting at the door, the paperwork was in order, keys were on the table. Although we did have our own financing which helped, but is was the best car buying experience we have ever had!! Honesty, fairness and wonderful personalities at Glenn!! We never felt pressure, harrassed or given the run around. I know when I'm in the market for another new or used car, I will definately give them my business first! Thanks Glenn of Lexington and thank you Bill Mathews! The Acker's

This couldn't have gone any more smoothly. Ivy was very professional and knowledgeable. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and Ivy found the exact vehicle I wanted in less than a week. Couldn't be a nicer guy either. I'm not real crazy that you have a minimum word limit for my review (250 words ?). I said everything I needed to say in less than 250 words !

I had the best experience at glenn Hyundai when I purchased my 2011 Hyundai Sonata! I have purchased a few cars in my life and would give Glenn 2 thumbs UP! The SUV I bought 2 years ago was a joke from the other dealership! After only owning it for a few weeks the head gasket blew and of course the sketchy place I purchased it from would not repair it! So I found the best dealership in ky, Glenn Hyundai. I felt very welcome and comfortable with my experience at Glenn because I was not pressured to buy,buy,buy. I was treated like a part of the family and I still am now when I get service work done to my car. Chris Spalding my salesman was very friendly and caring from start to finish! I had a wonderful time at their nice, clean, friendly, dealership! We loved our exsperience with chris spalding buying my car, that my fiancee purchased the 2011 turbo Sonata just 6 months after I received mine! I will always purchase my new vehicles @ Glenn Hyundai and will be sure to have chris there to make the purchase easy and fun! Thanks chris!!! I have suggested to all of my friends to have the best car buying experience with chris at Glenn Hyundai!

The dealership was very nice. The salesman,Coy Hamblin, was very professional and went way out of his way to find the perfect truck for me. He had everything all worked out in advance during delivery so that it was very quick and painless to sign all the paperwork. Coy has sold to me and my family, as well as friends for about 15 years. I will continue purchasing vehicles from Coy Hamblin and will refer others to him. If all car salesmen were as honest and upstanding as Coy, buying a car or truck would be a pleasurable experience for everyone. The new car manager Rick was also very helpful. There was no game playing back and forth like in so many other dealerships.

I have been a Glenn Buick customer for many years. I always buy my new Buick from Joe Bodkin. Once you explain what you are interested in, Joe gets right to the point. Today, I came in to have my Buick Lucerne serviced. While waiting, I noticed a beautiful Buick Lacrosse. My wife and I decided to buy it. So, I found Joe and told him what I wanted and he made the new-car buying experience very easy. I didn't think he and the staff could send me home in that new Lacrosse, but they did. Thanks Joe, I appreciate your assistance in helping me to buy the new Lacrosse.

I took my 2008 Chevrolet Impala to the Glenn dealership...
I took my 2008 Chevrolet Impala to the Glenn dealership for preventive maintenance and analysis of an unknown but suspected suspension problem. I had previously taken this vehicle there months earlier for an unrelated issue and had a very favorable experience. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was professionally greeted by Carey (white/female) in the service reception area and after she attentively listened to a description of the suspected problem she arranged for Paul, the shop manager, to accompany me on a test drive. Paul unhurriedly test drove the auto while I described the vehicle's performance history. He thereafter determined the problem was a worn steering bearing. The mechanical problem was corrected the same day. In the mean time, as a personal courtesy Carey arranged for a loaner vehicle from Enterprise Car Rental. The dealership had my vehcile for less than four hours while I was able to complete personal business without re-scheduling other standing appointments. What courtesy and service!!!! Very friendly staff and responded to my calls and questions about the purchase of my new 2011 GMC Terrain. Blake Schmidt was very helpful and explained every detail about the vehicle in full detail. Even though it was a 3 hour drive to the dealership, I would recommend the dealership to my friends and family.

I took my Hyundai in for service. Casey was outstanding as usual in the service department. I was given a rental, a Buick Rendezvous 2007. My car was not ready by the end of the day on Friday, so I needed to keep the rental (Buick) over the weekend. I fell in love with this car. We called Joe Bodkin who we've known for over 20 years. Joe worked out a very good deal for us on a trade - my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe for the 2007 Buick Rendezvous. When we signed papers on Monday, Joe had our new used Buick Rendezvous detailed, oil changed,and ready for my handicapped husband. We will never buy a car through anyone other than Joe. He is honest, fair, and simple, with no pressure to buy. Joe and my husband go back many years, he seems to care about us not only as customers but also friends. He has always taken care of me since my husbands handicap occurred and I will always be forever grateful. We have big mouths and make sure we tell our friends and acquaintances to see Joe whenever we are asked where to go look for a car. Thank you Joe, I hope these comments make their way back to you.
