Response was extremely late and lax.
Response was extremely late and lax. Took them days to answer simple Email questions. Not even deserving of one star. Meredith Burgess Internet Manager stated "This email did not connect correctly in our system." They need a new internet manager or new internet system. I sent 4 Emails over 4 days and the only response was the quote above from Meredith

Very helpful and professional. Kept us aware of what was needed on our vehicle, and progress of repair. Also found another problem regarding the exhaust and upon investigating discovered is was a covered issue.
