Bad experience

My husband and I went here to buy a vehicle. The people were very nice. We ended up buying a Ford Explorer from them. When we test drove the car, it was ridiculously dirty, which was ok because it could be cleaned. There were also all weather mats in the vehicle. After we had bought the vehicle and cleaned it, I came to realize that these mats were missing. On the drive home the passenger side tire’s tire pressure measuring sensor came on we pulled over and checked it and put air in it everything was ok. Then I realized that my unlock button on my key didn’t work, so every time I had to unlock my car the alarm would go off. It gets worse… These were issues that could be fixed. I called them about the mats and Spencer told me that they were gone that they had been thrown out or re-homed. I asked them if they could replace them and he said he would see what he could do. I never heard back on that matter because mere days later the tire that we had been having to fill with air caused a bit of an issue. The low control arm broke and caused me to wreck luckily there was no one hurt and it was just my vehicle that was damaged, however this should have never happened. I had only had the vehicle for five days. So, you can understand my anger when I find out that I now had to pay 6,000$ to get my vehicle fixed. I called again and asked what they could do to help in the situation and was told there wasn’t much they could do. Make sure you look into where you are buying from. I am severely disappointed in this establishment.


Best and most honest sales person ever there

I finally found an honest salesperson at this dealership. Spencer Faxon by far went above and beyond for me during this time of being isolated. Everything he said he'd do after the sale, he actually did. He brought the car to me due to the COVID-19. If you find a car there, Please ask for Spencer. You won't regret it

Got a flyer in mail ‘had won a prize’ Ended up getting my info then hitting on me!!!! UNprofessional And they wonder why women hate to buy cars


First rate sales person and easy process

The salesman I dealt with was Jeremy Cooper. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The finance person was also knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The process was enjoyable. And I love my car.


Outstanding customer service and no complications

I think that this was the easiest car buying process that I have ever been involved in. The staff was courteous and professional. The thing that most surprised me was the lack of pressure by the sales staff. They made us feel at home, and quite comfortable . Their attention to customer service was stellar.
