I had my car serviced today at Infiniti of San Antonio. My service writer, Kevin was great. I received great service and the ease of getting a loaner car was great.

I came in to have a sensor replaced that was covered

I came in to have a sensor replaced that was covered under my extended warranty. The dealership coordinated with insurance and it was a quickly installed. I was in and out in two hours. The service associate was very helpful and kept t me updated throughout. Waiting area was quiet and stocked with beverages and snacks and the bathroom was immaculate. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the employees, especially Alex

Excellent service from the employees, especially Alex Carrillo. He was our salesperson and is 100% recommended. He helped us through the entire process, very patient and a very pleasant person. Plus, he speaks Spanish, which is great for those who feel more comfortable speaking Spanish. We've been buying cars from Grubb for several years, but we've never been treated as well as this time. Our experience was excellent. Thanks to Sam Kassem for making this sale possible. We're grateful to both of them ❤️
