Working with Scott and his team at Victory Hyundai was an

Working with Scott and his team at Victory Hyundai was an overall great experience in the purchase of our new Tuscan SUV. We felt comfortable and greeted with a smile as we came through the door. We really appreciated that Scott was extremely personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest without a high-pressure sales approach. Along with great incentives and an over the top warranty package, we couldn’t ask for a better deal from any other car dealership. We look forward to using their maintenance service and highly recommend working with the Victory team.

Horrible

On October 10 I contacted Premier auto outlet. Interested in a 2022 Kia carnival prestige trim level. I was dead set on getting the exact car and that led me to this dealership. I purchased a car over the next few days and Had it shipped from the auto outlet in Kansas to Long Beach California so it could be brought over to Hawaii via boat. Needless to say I never saw the vehicle in person. I received the car November 14. Immediately at the port, I noticed the car had not been detailed inside or out. The floor had Cheerios in the tracks. Additionally, the car gave a maintenance alert for the oil change. I contacted Premier auto outlet and spoke with the lovely sales man Scott, who informed me that sometimes maintenance doesn’t reset the oil alert. He also apologized for the car not being detailed as it was shipped out during his day off. I wondered why they shipped out the car without the sales persons sign off. But I figured I was grateful to have the car. Driving home I noticed a rattling noise and quickly made a appointment for the dealership. Additionally, I noticed a interior piece of trim hanging down by the rearview mirror. Two days later I had an exterior piece of trim completely rip off of my car as I was driving down the freeway. With both kids in the backseat, I was terrified that we would be in a car accident. I notified Premier auto outlet about the hanging trim on the interior and the loose exterior piece that ripped off. Scott overall seemed sympathetic, however, was reluctant to offer any assistance in correcting the issues due to company policy. He offered to pay his own money to replace the interior piece of trim. During my visit to the dealership they noted the car needed new tires. I bought a new car so that I didn’t have issues. Never did I think I would pay $4000 over MSRP for a used car that needed new tires, an oil change, right out the gate and had trim falling off of it. Will I return? Absolutely not; sadly.

Run!!!! Do not buy from this place

I do NOT recommend Premier Auto Outlet KC at all! I really wanted to write a good review but at this point I cannot. I bought and SUV last week from this place and all though the buying process was simple and fast, I am not satisfied at all and I wish I would have walked right out. There is a list of things but right now I will focus on the fact that they gave me a broken key fob to my vehicle and I didn't realize it until I was already home with the car. I immediately messaged my salesman, Scott and told him the issue. Not only does it not work but since it has to be locked manually, the alarm goes off every time I open the door and won't shut off until I start the car. After days of finally getting back to me with the resolution, I am told by Scott that I can purchase a key fob and they will program it for me for 80.00! I literally put 4k down in cash for this car AND have already had to spend money to fix things inside the car. I do not feel I should have to pay anymore money for something that should have came working with the vehicle. It really makes me nervous about the SUV they sold me and what else they didn't disclose. Not acceptable and not good customer service to say the least. I will be contacting corporate or whoever I need to next. Someone is going to make this right or I will be dropping the car off and getting my money back! Do the right thing since you claim you care so much about your customers! Also, I someone needs to contact me regarding the Carfax report I asked for a copy of that I didn't receive and something in writing regarding the check engine light because I am going to get the car diagnostic and if it comes back anything other than what Scott told me, I will be taking the car back!

Not happy with them

We bought a vehicle from them that they claimed to have checked out. After buying the vehicle , we found out the brakes were bad and that it had a oil leak, and it's bearings also needed replaced, and one of computerized axles that control's the awd went out, we also had have the timing gasket replaced on it. the vehicle also uses oil like it's going out of style. A few mechanics told us that the type of vehicle that premier sold us is well known for using oil and having leaks. When we told premier about the issues with the vehicle, they would always do some fast talking and act like we was annoying them, they also acted like we was stupid and didn't know what we was talking about. The last time we went to talk to them, they acted like they didn't want a xxxx thing to do with us. We did get a three year 36.000 mile warranty when we bought the vehicle, which helped with the cost of repairs except for the brakes. But still the above was a lot of problems for a vehicle that we hadn't even owned for six months at the time. If we had been told the real truth about the vehicle and it's so called normal oil consumption, we would of never have bought it. I feel that we were totally suckered by them. I wish me and my wife would have just left the first day we was at their dealership instead of letting the guy talk us into staying. Another thing that I can tell you, we will never buy another Terrain, and I recommend you run if someone tries to sell you one !!!! I also forgot to mention that the mechanics we talked too all said that there is no way in xxxx that premier couldn't have known the problems with the vehicle they sold us.
