Bill Moore has been my service advisor for several years.
Bill Moore has been my service advisor for several years. He always provides exceptional service, no pun intended! He greets me when I drop off my Audi and walks me to my car when I return to pick it up. On this visit when I arrived to pay for the oil change, Bill checked to see if my Audi Care service contract was still in effect. I thought it had expired and was expecting to pay. Nope! Because of Bill’s diligence, my oil change was free! Although Bill is my advisor, I notice anyone else I meet on the service team is friendly and cordial as well. By the way, included on every service is a complimentary car wash and mechanic’s narrated video showing your Audi in the work bay. I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Audi. Five stars all around!

Bill Moore has been my service advisor for several years. He always provides exceptional service, no pun intended! I recently took my 2018 Audi Q5 to Audi Wesley Chapel
I recently took my 2018 Audi Q5 to Audi Wesley Chapel (FL) for a repair and routine maintenance services. A rear window had been shattered and I wanted it replaced with an Audi factory-tinted window to preserve the vehicle’s resale value. My service advisor, Niko Jimenez, provided outstanding service. He was professional and courteous throughout the process. He recommended a cost-efficient service plan that addressed various maintenance items my vehicle needed, and provided the necessary paperwork to get reimbursed by my insurance company for the window replacement. He also assisted me with using Affirm to pay for services upfront, since I had chosen to get reimbursed by my insurance company afterwards to speed up the repair process. (Audi Wesley Chapel is an “affiliate partner” with Affirm.) I’d also like to acknowledge Miguel, the service technician who did the window replacement and the maintenance services. He provided a video of my vehicle with narrative detailing items he addressed and service recommendations, which was very helpful to me. I feel confident in the work performed and I highly recommend Audi Wesley Chapel!

The sales on the manager came over to meet us, both extremely pleasant and professional. We were both impressed with the treatment we received. I recently purchased an Audi with Carson Roderick. This being my 3rd Audi at Wesley Chapel. I've been helped by many in the sales department and I have always had excellent service. During this purchase Carson was of great help since my purchase was a bit complicated it being a trade in from a previous lease. I recently moved to Orlando and I still go to Wesley Chapel for my purchases and service. It was an easy transaction over the phone and once I arrived everything was ready for me to get my new Q3. Micheal Cronk the GM as well has been of great help in the past with a previous purchase during Covid. Back then buying a car was extremely complicated with the limited quantity of cars available. Michael was able to find the one I wanted from another Audi dealership. Antoine Borgella in the service department has always made getting my car serviced a great experience. I have always had great experiences with Audi Wesley Chapel.

Disappointing After-Sales Service I purchased an Audi from this dealership a year ago and was initially impressed by how hard the sales team worked to secure the sale. However, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. When I approached the dealership twice with general questions, the staff seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. It felt as though their enthusiasm ended the moment the sale was finalized. This lack of after-sales support has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. While the dealership may excel at selling vehicles, they fall short in providing the ongoing service and support that loyal customers expect. I would not recommend this location to others and suggest considering alternatives that prioritize long-term customer satisfaction.

This was by far, the best experience I have ever had! Before reaching the show room, Chris sent a video of the "perfect" car describing all the features. He communicated pricing for the car and the bells and whistles that I was hoping for before we even arrived. Once there, he far exceeded my expectations and delivered more than what was communicated by phone!!! I live in the Apollo Beach area; it was WORTH driving every mile to Wesley Chapel to work with Chris! THANK YOU!
