    Hi, I inquired one morning about a pre owned jeep that was just put on lot. Spoke to someone via chat and then via text. I explained that I was driving... over an hour/70 miles to get jeep. The sales team said no problem it will be waiting out front for you, dont rush, drive safe, its on hold. Then I kept letting him/her know that I am on way about every 20 minutes. After an hour and fifteen minutes I was about 5 minutes away when I received a text saying the vehicle was sold. Dont trust this dealership because they only care about selling a vehicle, not the customer. I texted back and was told that I shouldve put down a deposit. Unbelievable! I wouldve put down a deposit if they asked, but I was told they would courtesy hold vehicle since I was driving 70 miles. Dont waste your time with this dealer. Go somewhere closer. They even had the nerve to send me sales emails after that!!!!!! They only care about themselves not customers.

    Just went to look. Typically buy MB. Retuned the next morning to pick up our new A4. Great car, great customer service. The transaction couldn’t have... been any easier.

    My husband and I went to purchase one car and bought 2 instead. The sales person Jimmy DeBone was excellent . He made us feel very comfortable and was... very patient with me when I was deciding on which car I wanted.

    Grayson address me as soon as I pulled into the service department. The weekend service crews along with Ms Grayson took excellent care of my Q3 tire... issues. when I receive my vehicle back it was clean and ready to go thank you.

    I bought my Audi after a horrible experience at WC Mercedes Benz and was quite satisfied until water began leaking onto my dashboard from the edge of the... windshield. The left tail lamp was also getting water inside and scratches were found on the rear glass when I took the car to get the windows tinted. When I contacted the dealership about the water leaks, I received a service date and was given a loaner car. Grayson kept me up to date daily on the progress of my repairs and when I picked up my car, it was clean, ready and waiting. One thing that isnt a huge deal is that I was told they were waiting on from the warranty admin to get approval for a new windshield. Then I was told the tail lamp was done but I could pick up my car and bring it back when the windshield arrived. Then, another message was that the car would be an extra day since the windshield would be there tomorrow. So what happened? Its the same original windshield. (??????) That doesnt bother me, I just want the leak fixed, after all, Ive had it less than a month (temp tag still on the car) and its leaking water into the car, but why was I told about a new windshield when its the original? Finally, I brought the car home and my wife and I noticed where the leak was that there was tape residue (possibly duct tape) that was still on the glass, the windshield seal, and the body of the car. It was VERY hard to get off the car, especially when youre trying so hard not to damage the paint. Plain water was not working and I wouldnt use a chemical substance on the paint so we spent about 30 minutes just trying to rub it off with wet lint free cloths. Tail lamp replaced - satisfied. Leak fixed - satisfied (minus the tape residue). Scratches on rear glass - still there and I should have remembered to ask about it. Grayson was awesome in keeping me up to date daily. Would I do business with WC Audi again.....absolutely! The window leak wasnt their fault, thats a factory error, and they did a great job in making sure it was fixed.

    Grayson Stenzel welcomed me to the dealership as soon as I pulled in service department. No waiting. They also had a loaner car available for me. The... lounge was lovely and I was offered coffee and refreshments while I waited to get my loaner. After I left Grayson S. Had text me his phone no. To let me know I could call or text hon with any questions. My car was in for routine service and a noise I hear when I accelerate. Occasionally They kept it over night to make sure they found the issue. I was able to get my car next morning. All was explained to me by the Service Manager Mr Brown and he took a test drive with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. Very professional team at Audi in Wesley Chapel. We transferred from the Pinellas County area. Very happy with Audi in Wesley Chapel! Trish B
