Note: This review based on my own experience: BEWARE: NETTO Motors is a perfect example of the prototype “crooked used car dealer” that gives them a bad name. NETTO recently sold me a previously owned 2011 Sonata. I test drove the car and everything seemed fine in terms of operation of the vehicle, including the AC system. The dealer offered me for sale, some sort of guarantee on the car, but the salesman indicated that it was expensive and not really worth it so he steered me against purchasing it. Literally a few days after I drove the car off the lot, the AC was not working at all. Hot air was being blown into the car by the fan. So, I took the the car to my trusted mechanic and his diagnosis was that the ENTIRE AC system needed to be replaced, including the condenser, the compressor, and all of the ancillary hoses, sensors, etc. Total cost of replacement would be close to $2,000. (This is for a car purchased just days before for $8,250)!!! Certainly things can and do ultimately breakdown with a used car. But my mechanic told me in no uncertain terms that whoever previously had this car knew full well that the air conditioning system in the Sonata was going to fail again very soon. He said the previous owner just kept adding Freon to the system to keep the AC going while test drives were taken by prospective buyers. They sold me the car KNOWING that the vehicle was leaking Freon and that the Freon was being blown all over the place, including into hoses that were part of the AC system. The system could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. I took that bait of deception and I “swallowed the hook.” This crooked dealer got the sale and got rid of the vehicle off the lot. I got surprised and stuck with approximately a $2,000 bill to replace the entire AC system

The worst car experience ever. I was sold a defective Mercedes. Within 3 weeks, 3 major issues; leaking oil from transmission, engine mounts, rear axle. The sales person Raymond wouldn’t return my calls when these problems became evident. I fixed the issue last week. Today I went in calm with a printout from Mercedes showing the repairs. I saw Raymond, asked him to take a look at the repair papers. Instead, straight away he says “ I don’t need to look at anything” He walked away. HE KNEW I exposed his deception and didn’t have the integrity or RESPECT to even listen to my compliant. He walked away. Then he has the audacity to get in my face, threaten to call the cops, complaining how I was talking to him. This guy has no integrity or honor at all. I had a legitimate complaint and he was too cowardly to even discuss it man to man. The sold me a defective car AND they KNOW IT

all good until they get my$$$
to long of a story to explain but my biggest complaint was after the money cleared... lack of communication and sales person lies about sending emails and voicemail, i still haven't received that email even after asking them to resend or mail it.... avoid unless all other dealerships go out of business

Not impressed
A small crowded lot. All the cars were dirty. There were several later model costly cars but I was somewhat interested in a 2005/6 Cadillac DTS. After a couple test drives I asked about a finance deal on the Cadillac. The sales person showed no interest in getting financing and several times shrugged his shoulders and said it would have to be a cash only deal. Very disappointed!

Fantastic Dealership
I had went to several dealerships for a used car and came to Netto Motors as i was driving by, I was looking at a truck they had for sale but the sales rep Ali had steered me towards a beautiful 350z they had. I had no specific car in mind when i arrived, although the truck I was looking at was for fun and not work. Overall my experience there was astounding. Would def go back in the future for another car!
