DO NOT BUY A CAR from Albemarle CDJR dealership unless

DO NOT BUY A CAR from Albemarle CDJR dealership unless you want to pay an additional $2k for their Albemarle Promise! It is a bunch of xx. Do your research and read reviews for both sales and service across all platforms. Do not waste your time with them. We did not want the Albemarle Promise (as we do not live local) however they would absolutely not remove the $2k from our sales invoice. Other customers there the day we bought were asking us if they removed it for us. They DID NOT. The Promise states that it is for Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on all new vehicles, 3 months/3k mile limited Power Train on preowned vehicles, lifetime inspections, 2 years complimentary Oil Changes and Interior/Exterior Protection for 1 year. I am currently working on reporting them to the BBB, the Attorney General, and NC DOJ Consumer Protection Division for fraud and deceptive practices. I will be posting reviews on all websites that I can…. Google, Yelp, KBB, Cars.com, DealerRater, CarFax……… They are ripping people off. I want to help as many people as I can not to have to go thru this. Do not be misled by their overall star rating as they have their salespeople push customers to leave them a good review so that they ‘win sales contests’. Dealership has their sales numbers so the reviews are just a way to help cover their shady practices. Please SHARE this!

BEWARE i would not recommend them at all.

BEWARE i would not recommend them at all. Sold me a truck with 7000 miles and check engine light came on 50 miles after, and has there 4 different times and now has been there 4 days still not fixed always going to be the next day . Not to mention they messed my paperwork up numerous times i spent 5 afternoons up there getting the run around even when asking for trade in back they would no do it even before signing any paperwork always had another way to sweeten the deal instead of giving my truck back seems that they knew this truck had problems and needed to push it off quick. Then did my paperwork with wrong bank so i had to come back once again (gave us a good deal on second car to make up for that). DONT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR IN SHOP RIGHT AFTER BUYING, sure would be nice to drive my truck that i bought after trading a perfectly fine truck in. I do give 5 Stars to Damie the salesman for doing everything he could to help me within his power thanks for everything you could do and did do, but i would give this dealership 0 stars if i could.

Bait and switch tactics used.

Bait and switch tactics used. Sharpied out VIN numbers on paperwork that was presented then said they could what we asked for there in our price range. Hours later no calls no updates after we called and text several times they admitted they could not find the truck they wrote the deal up on and tried to get us to commit to 10k more. Beware! Will never go back!

When shopping for a vehicle online do not think that the best price listed is what you can buy the vehicle. We wasted our time and were told we didn’t understand the cost of selling a vehicle. The out there food price was almost $4000 more than the best price listed.

SORRY SERVICE DEPT

great place to buy but sorry service dept.no one knows what they doing.dont half do service,serviced 2022 gladiator got it back few days later tires were real low.called he told me to add air it wouldnt hurt thats what they did.you are not suppose to mix it with the type of hydrogen.plus they didnt top off anything.now i am stuck taking it somewhere have to pay to get it staighten out.STAY CLEAR OF THE SERVICE DEPT
