Not telling me that I have to pay for a tow after my

Not telling me that I have to pay for a tow after my vehicle was towed is mad crazy! I spoke with a manager and still had to pay over $150 for a tow when had I been aware I could have used my insurance or AAA! Not cool!

had a poor experience at the Waukesha Byrider location. A male employee was unprofessional during my visit — he seemed impatient when I asked for clarification about the financing terms and did not explain the vehicle’s condition in detail. I wasn’t offered a chance to have the car inspected independently, and I later learned the car had maintenance issues that weren’t disclosed at the time of purchase. The interaction felt rushed and lacked transparency. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

Just purchased a new 2025 Kia Telluride from Russ Darrow

Just purchased a new 2025 Kia Telluride from Russ Darrow in Waukesha WI. Marcus Kain the salesman was awesome to work with very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly, Other questions I had Gil the sales manager also helped me out. It has been 25 years or more since I purchased a new vehicle. Things have changed a lot when making a new purchase but it all worked out. Nate in finance did an excellent job he also explained things well with the loan paperwork, and vehicle title. Now go and see Marcus and Nate at Russ Darrow in Waukesha and tell them John and Mary sent you, see what kind of a deal you can make .
