Just don't buy in NY

The price was too good for the truck, but there were obvious problems. The ac didn't work, so it's prob the compressor which isn't cheap, and the engine had a unnatural noise when turned off. No room to negotiate the problems. Then they say you are getting jersey tax if you live in jersey, but the car was more then a jersey version I saw in better working order. Waste of a very long drive.

Bodega dealership

Bait and switch vehicle was never available. Spoke to the used car salesman 3:00 vehicle was available. Told him I was leaving Long Island to go to the Bronx arrived at 5:00. Vehicle was sold.. tried to get me to a BMW.

Today I went into Victory Mitsubishi expecting to leave

Today I went into Victory Mitsubishi expecting to leave in a used vehicle. To my surprise I ended up purchasing my Brand New 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SE!!! All thanks to Kevin C. His personable personality and professionalism made the experience super entertaining and enjoyable!!! Thanks again Kevin C and the Mitsubishi Team!!!

Misleading, deceptive selling methods.

After speaking to a rep on the phone at this dealership about a specific car that I was interested in, I drove for 90 minutes to the dealership and when I arrived they said that car was "in the shop" with some malfunctions that had to be fixed. There was no mention of these issues on the website or during my phone conversation. The rep then immediately tried to sell me on a few other models when I had made it clear that I was interested only in the car I spoke to them about. Total waste of time. Unprofessional dealership.

SCAMMERS!!!

Scammers!!!, they list vehicles that are not available, or they don't even have, online specials or online prices are not real, you get a different speech in the phone than in the dealership, don't waste your time!

Unprofessional Unprofessional Unprofessional sucks

Stay away unless you like being hussled most unprofessional franchise dealership I ever been too and I've been too alot of dealerships I had appointment they said car would be ready when I arrive it wasn't had too walk 2 blocks too see it I walked with a salesman that was obviously agitated by me being agitated so decided too tell me he sales 25 cars a day lol don't ask me why he said that and after all that he told me the price was only that price if I finance even tho the person on the phone told me the price was 19995 plus tax and dmv fee even if I buy cash I buy alot of cars and my advice based on my experience is stay awy

Horrible experience, drive 500 miles to look at this car,

Horrible experience, drive 500 miles to look at this car, they didn’t even have the car ready to see we had to walk two blocks in pouring rain to see a blocked in car with damage not seen on cars.com, they then tried to raise the price $3000 on us. Crappy car crappy management two thumbs down.

*STAY AWAY*STAY AWAY*STAY AWAY*ODOMETER FRAUD* Victory sold me a vehicle on 12/31/2022 and it was financed. Within the first 30 days, the transmission starts throwing error codes that they cannot fix. After the 2nd attempt, they send it out to a 3rd party. No loaner car was provided. 6 months pass and still NO REGISTRATION or TITLE issued. I'm begging them at this point since I am driving an illegal car. Finally, when threatening a lawsuit, they force me to come back up to the Bronx for a "VIN verification" only to tell me that I cannot keep the car since it cannot be registered with the DMV... if you look at the Carfax (https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory/p/Report.cfx?partner=DEY_0&vin=1HGCR3F84HA037707) you will see that the actual mileage when registered is actually 258,000 miles (explaining the transmission errors), NOT 95-96k miles as they are selling it. ODOMOTER FRAUD. They took my vehicle back, gave me a full refund, and Uber'd be home. Now I am without a car (out the money paid on it, out the money I put into it) since I am no longer in a position to finance. STAY AWAY. SHADY BUSINESS THAT HAS BEEN SUED BEFORE. DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Bait and switch is putting it mildly. Dishonest from phonecalls to face to face conversation. Went there with intentions of buying one of three vehicles, called the night before to verify that the vehicles were still available. I was advised yes all three are available. Upon driving 2 hours to get to the dealership, I'm greeted by a young man that a. Couldn't stay awake, b. Was mumbling where I can't even hear him. Then I proceed to tell him the first vehicle of interest, he States that the vehicle had its catalytic converter stolen the previous night and is in the shop. No problem I say, I can wait for a new catalytic converter. The reply is the car will no longer be for sale it's going for auction. So then I proceed to give him the second vehicle which it again was confirmed to have been there the night before. I am advised the car was sold this morning. It's amazing how I had a 10:00 appointment to be there and they open at 10:00 a.m. . Third vehicle which was not exactly my choice, I wasn't even entertained with it, I was advised why don't I just buy a new vehicle. The sad part about the whole thing is the gentleman and his son sitting at another desk with another agent was told the exact same thing about a vehicle that they were inquiring about. Disgusting and dishonest
