I recently visited Victory Mitsubishi and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were very knowledgeable about their vehicles.
Great experience with a great team
I recently had an excellent experience at Victory Mitsubishi. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I explored my options and made my decision. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. The dealership was clean and well-maintained, and the purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Victory Mitsubishi to anyone in the market for a new or used car.
Most disorganized dealership I have been to
I called ahead to ask if they had a specific car, the person who answered said she was sure they had that car. I got there and had to wait around 15 min without a word, it was obvious they were hiding something, then someone came to me and said that specific car was being fixed so it was not available at the moment, I gave him my price range and preferences and then had to walk across the street. Then the person showed me 2 cars and he didn't even know the models, I clearly said I wanted 4WD, and he showed me a FWD. The cars were super dirty and smell so bad, on top of everything the price was way higher than what they showed online.

I would give this dealer zero stars if I could.
I would give this dealer zero stars if I could. This place was horrendous, unethical, and offensive. They repeatedly gave us one price and then, after making us wait for hours (appointments be damned, they will not be recognized here!) told us it would be $400/month more. When I pointed out that this was a bait and switch (which it was), a different employee poked his head in and made a gratuitous anti-Semitic comment that had nothing to do with anything except offending us. I would rather not get a car or go to a dealership much farther from my house than spend a dime here. Do not waste your time, you will sit for hours only to be lied to.
