FALSE ADVERTISING: Trying to work with these people was
FALSE ADVERTISING: Trying to work with these people was one of the worst experiences I have ever been put through. I drove an hour and a half from Central Jersey to see a car they had listed on cars.com. Upon arriving, they did not have the car ready to test drive. That was understandable, as many people no-show for test drives, but they then proceeded to have me sit for 45 mins while they "got it ready". The salesperson who was helping me, Jamal, also tried to tell me that the car was "finance only". I told him that I was not interested in financing, and he said he would have to discuss it with his manager. After test driving the car, I wanted to discuss the numbers, but Jamal told me that he was not authorized to do so, only a manager. He then came back and said there was only one manager and he was "busy with other customers", and that he did not know how long it would take to be able to speak to him. At this point, it was almost 8pm, so Jamal gave me his number and told me he would text me the final numbers that night so I could cut them a check and pick up the car in a few days. I texted him the next day, and received no response. I called the dealership's main line and tried speaking to the business manager, Nicole Gonzalez, who told me she would try to get a price from management and call me back. After a few days of calling and them saying they would "call me back", Nicole told me that "nothing could be done over the phone" (why did she tell me she would get me a price over the phone a few days before then?) and that I would have to come in again. I then asked her why Jamal told me that things could be finalized over the phone, and she put me on hold and then told me that Jamal would be calling me right after she hung up. To date, I still have not received a call from them. Overall they are scummy and dishonest people. Do not trust them.

If I could I would give this place a negative -1 Star. Unethical, uneducated LAZY people. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This place simply advertising cars they don't have in stock.. As many other reviews state ,I also called before driving to make sure car was on the lot. They confirmed it is available and ready to test drive. I came in, UNETHICAL TEAM did not even approach us in a right manner. We were told to wait on ripped off chairs and broken table next to it. After waiting more than normal time, " salesperson" approached telling us the car is not available to be test driven or seen. Wasted time, money , gas just to come in to this miserable place and hear that the car is not available. Save your time and avoid such places.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!!! They post low prices online to lure people in, then add $10K in bogus 'reconditioning' fees to start bargaining with you. These are 90's used car dealer tactics that should be banned. I am reporting the listing/company to the proper channels. Wasted hours of my time. These sales practices are predatory and lack integrity. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t waste your time visiting this absolute dump of a dealership. The prices they have listed online are 25% lower than the prices in person. The used cars are beat and they claim a $4,000 ‘reconditioning’ fee …. LOL. That seemed to be their largest nonsense fee, but there were several others that added up to another few thousand. Don’t forget taxes either! The manager seems a little thick and forgot 😂 to include taxes in the ‘out the door price’. You can’t make this stuff up… seriously take your business elsewhere.
