My wife was stranded due to Nissan battery with 84 limited warranty. This battery was 15 months old. I have had 4 Nissan batteries in my 2 Maxima's in 3 years. They all go out after 15 to 16 months. Bigger problem is my service advisor (Anthony) never even returned my call. This 4 Star Dealership has failed me more than once. I will try another Nissan Dealership from now on.

Don’t waste your time
We purchased a BRAND NEW vehicle here for our daughter. Once taking the vehicle home we learned the apple car play (hands free system) DOESN'T work. We have been back and forth with this dealership for over a month now trying to have it fixed and keep getting the run around. I have to stay on top of calling and texting the service department and most times don’t receive a reply. When they took her car into service and unexpectedly needed it for the entire day “or longer” would not provide her a loaner because the dealership was in the middle of a change and couldn’t loan out any of their loaner cars. I called every day for a week for an update on the issue with this vehicle and was told every day they were contacting a higher department to keep working through what the issue might be and obtain the parts- it’s been 3 weeks now. Not to mention days after purchasing this vehicle they told us we had to come in and re-do a form because they had made a mistake adding 1 word to a document. Reluctantly we made an appointment to come in and review the paperwork and sat there for almost an hour after our appointment time. One representative told us to “be patient”. Finally the representative we had an appointment with came out; at the time of recovering the document we learned they actually wanted us to re-do ALL of the paperwork. They pride themselves in transparency and customer service (there’s a huge statement on the wall) however what we experienced was a lack in transparency, professionalism, and customer service. I would NOT recommend this dealership. The brand new vehicle still isn’t fixed and I continue to call and text with no response regarding an update to resolving the issue.

He greeted me cordially, and quickly reviewed the reason for my visit. He arranged a shuttle for me, both to and from the dealership, and patiently explained the findings of the techs that evaluated and worked on the vehicle. I would not hesitate to request service or sales at this location. Let me also compliment my shuttle driver, Cash. Cash was a great companion from and to the dealership. He is knowledgeable about the dealership, as well as a variety of other topics.

This is our 2nd vehicle purchase in 6 months. I purchased a Rogue in November, now we purchased a Kicks for our daughter. So happy with our service and salesman Kevin. So helpful. He helps work with what you want and your budget. We will be back to see him once we are looking again.

James and Brian - first class service going above and beyond. Brian greeted me as soon as I arrived the facility with car and respect for customer. I had a list of concerns and he made sure it was input into the system to make sure my service advisor, James, was about to help effectively, even though Brian was not my service advisor! James also went above and beyond vacuuming the drivers area himself. He is very professional and honest, which I respect a lot, especially at for service/repair where many car dealerships/sales get a bad rep! Appreciate the both of them!
