Very knowledgeable. Good customer service. Easy to talk to and you feel comfortable asking questions.
Won?t trust this location again
I?m very frustrated with this location! Based on the repair recommended I believe I was sold a lemon! I?ve only had my car 2.5 years and am being told I need a new engine! I kept all my 3000 mile oil changes and my mechanic made sure my car fluid levels were correct! There?s no reason I should be having engine problems! Especially since two different diagnostic test read PCM service required! Nothing else that would indicate there was engine failure! No other codes stating engine failure or concerns. So now I don?t trust the Ourisman Chevrolet location.
If I could give them no stars I would - don't buy ANYTHING from this dealership. I was so excited to buy my first ever new car. This ended up so terribly because the staff at this dealership cannot fix their own mistakes. I went in to buy a Bolt (with Fast Charging - the ONLY specific I cared out). Being new to EVs I asked over and over again and was assured I was getting the correct car. I did not. When I realized this and called to try and fix it, the resolution was for me to "trade in" the car that was NOT the car I wanted. This was after they told me the salesperson "did not recall" the conversations specifically, and the sales manager in charge of the deal was now out on leave (I bought the car less than a month ago). They wanted me to pay the difference, then buy another new car. When I said that was profoundly unfair, given the mistake was theirs, they claimed there was "nothing they could do" just like the trade-in value of my old car was what it was. When I replied that, actually, the trade in value of my car CHANGED over the course of negotiations, they got huffy and said they took a loss on it but whatever. So. My first ever new-car buying experience ended up being the WORST. EXPERIENCE. The car is great! The salesperson was actually really kind and I'm not naming them because I don't think this is their fault). The management/service at this dealership? Abysmal. They either don't know what they are doing, or do not know how to correct an honest mistake honestly, or most likely: they don't care because they got my money and now do not care at all. Which, OK? But not exactly a great way to run things. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go anywhere else you can - because this place is TERRIBLE. And I'm really sad to say that, given how much I love the Bolt itself.
Basically the price you see is going to be $1500-$2000 cheaper than the actual price of the vehicle. This is not including the taxes and dealer fees. Called the dealership and confirmed that they charge a gold certification of $1500 for FWD vehicles and $2k for AWD vehicles. So you see a vehicle for 25,000 on the site but really it's at least 27,000 when you tack on the "gold" cert and taxes and fees. Misleading. If I can't get honesty up front, why would I expect honesty throughout the whole process?
Great. I was very satisfied with the service. I will return.
Had a great experience with Leslie Cotterino. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles that I was interested in. I have not made my final choice but will be calling her when I do.
My previously owned car was not used for trade-in value. Instead it was offered to sell to a private buyer for $500, which i refused. My car was then "stolen" from the lot. Managers offered no information and said a previous salesman orchestrated the incident, but offered no help. The vehicle was never recovered. The dealership offers coupons for oil changes, etc, however, the are never redeemed. The coupons are used as a gimmick to get customers in for car service.
We are not quite sure that you have the correct business. If your vehicle was stolen, we would have participated in a police report and we have had no such incidents. Please verify you have the correct business. Please call our GM, Kunta Mambouray to discuss further so we can clear up this feedback. 410-265-7777
Horrible experience... The dealership added almost $8000 to advertised price. The manger even admitted that they put in the rebate so people can come to their dealership!!! Government should crack down on these types of dealerships. Drove 1 hour only for these guys to waste my time.
Most of our customers qualify for the rebates and incentives. If you feel we made an error, please contact Kunta Mambouray our General Manager to review this to see if we missed any opportunity to earn your business. 410-265-7777 Thanks!

Thank you very much for your feedback. Happy holidays!
Loss leader buyer beware
Advertise prices that are not available. Tried to purchase car but was always left without a car. Not a trustworthy dealership. They use a low price to get you in the door and then say the price is thousands more.
All of our prices are advertised with incentives that are available from the manufacturer. If you feel there was a rebate or incentive that you should have qualified for, please contact our GM, Kunta and let him know so we can try to help you. 410-265-7777
