To make it short...I had $3,000 to put down for a car that cost $10k and my credit score is 755 but they tried to put me in a car I didn't want which... was $17k the goal is to come out of debt not create more and I was trading in my 2011 Camaro......stay away ppl

ok so this is my second time given this dealership a chance and they blew it,My credit score over 755, and I had $3,000 to put down and my trade in I still... owed $12,130 but they was going to buy my car for $10k.The manager told the saleman that I will be upside down with $2,130,now if I said I have $3,000 to put down how in the xxxx im upside down lol what a joke,The salesman Phillip did a good job but the manager treid to put me in a car I didnt want that cost $17k.....im trying to lower my dept not create more.....they suck and they blew a deal for the second time and I will Never go back.
I see this is your second review. Just to clarify, your negative equity and money down are two separate situations. You math in your feedback is spo...t on and matches what we would have told you. The money down would have been applied to your negative balance. I wish we had done a better job explaining this to you. Again, hope you find what you are looking for.

I was provided a appointment time at 9 a.m. was told it would not be a long period because I had an appointment. That was a lie 3hrs later just for a... oil change. Never again
Sorry to hear about the long wait. We do our best to spread out the appointments to make the wait times better, BUT, sometimes we will get more compl...icated issues, or people with emergencies we try to squeeze in. I apologize that we took so long this time.
I had my oil changed and wipers serviced. The replacement piece for the wipers had to be ordered. The waiting time was longer than expected. Overall the... service was good. Pleasant waiting room with tv and coffee.

No one should do any work on someone car and tell them after the work is finish, we can not honor the contract. I should have been the one to make that... choose or go to the dealer I brought the car from at another location that could honor my contract, but to do the job and them tell me you can't honor. Now to me that disrespect the customer. Especially when I bring my car there previously for oil change appointment and it was honor, but to do the work and tell me you just found out that you couldn't honor the contract, that not exceptable. No hard feeling I will just take my car somewhere else to be services. Wish your the best but this dealership does not provide the type of exceptable professional services that I may need in the future. Regards , Mrs. LaNae Snowden
We do our best to verify contracts from our competition. We are happy to honor our own. Next time, let us know what contract you have and where it w...as purchased, then we can confirm prior to the work being started.
