I purchased a Lincoln from Texas Car Place a few years back. Hands down that car was the best vehicle I have every owned. My purchase experience was wonderful. I traded my vehicle in with a different dealership, for a larger one due to family needs and have regretted it since. I would absolutely recommend Texas Car Place and will try to buy from them again soon.
Great Service and vehicles

Hi Alex. I am so sorry that you had a negative experience. The Cars.com system DID NOT alert me of your email from Dec. 3, so there is no way I would have known you had sent us an email through the Cars.com website. We strive very hard to make contact with each and every customer that emails, texts, or calls. So, please don't assume that we are a "bad dealership" as your title states. That is simply not the case. We are reliant upon Cars.com to properly channel our leads and that did not happen in your case. I apologize for any inconvenience. The car you actually emailed us about sold that morning, prior to you emailing. My advice in the future would be to call, text, or email the dealership directly, vs. emailing them through a third party website, such as Cars.com- should you not hear back.
