Great experience
Nothing but good to say about this dealership! Best deal for my Silverado in town! Got top trade in for my old truck! No other dealer could come close to the deal I got here for a truck with only 30k miles on it. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I went home happy!

Buyer Beware!!
If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. Blasius North is part of the Blasius group. They are linked with Blasius South. Blasius South had a car that I wanted to try to buy. I emailed Blasius North because they are in the town I live in and my situation made it VERY hard for my family and I to get to Blasius South. One of the first things I did was ask if they could get a car from South and get it to North, which I was told that they could. They told me that I would need to put down a deposit of $200. So towards the end of the night after some conversation, I emailed the person I was talking to and told them that I would like to put the $200 down and that I needed to have the car at the North dealership the next day because it was the only day that worked to try to buy the car. I never heard anything the rest of the night. So the next day, the person I was emailing, emailed me again. She told me that she need some more info, so I gave it to her. I told her that I would like to get the car up to North today, so we could try to buy the car. She told me that I had to call and talk to the general sales manager. I called up and told him the situation in which he told me that it is hard for them to get a car from South to North because he has a small team, but that if I filled out a credit app, they would see what they could do. So, my wife filled out a credit app and sent it over. After a while of not hearing anything, we emailed the woman I had been emailing. She told me that I would need to call and talk to Steve the general sales manager. So my wife called and he told her that he had told me that there was no way they could get the car, which was a lie. He also told her that they don't even do that really. So I called him and he told me the same thing. I repeated to him what he told me about "maybe being able to do something" which he denied and said that he never said that. Then he went on to say that they don't even do that, (bring cars up from South to Blasius North). I informed him that I had it in writing that all I need to do was put down $200 for a deposit and they could get the car. He stumbled all over himself and then said, "well I told you that we can't get the car" which again was a lie. So even with all that, I still wanted the car and I was willing to move forward even without the car. I was getting ready to tell him to process her application for financing and the said "I just want to make sure you know for the THIRD time, we will not get the car today" in the most condescending tone every. At this point, I told him that I was done with Blasius North and that they had just lost a customer and that I was going to be writing reviews to let other people know not to buy from Blasius North or ANY Blasius dealership in the state of CT. Buyer beware with this company. If they can't admit that they said something, how quickly do you think they will admit screwing you over on a car????

Pinching Pennies robs Dollars
Shopped many dealerships and I am still waiting to enter one that does not tell me how they are losing money by selling it; hint, I used to sell cars myself. Perhaps this dealership is telling truth but who knows as I am numb to this statement at this point and I am not going to accuse a company of dishonesty unless I'm absolutely sure. Now for the experience itself. I am a 100 percent disabled veteran who suffers from PTSD so my anxiety can get bad depending upon my experience, and in this case I had to take an additional pill. The sales person was as helpful as he could be but had his hands tied due to his managers decision. The car itself was stated to have excellent paint but when I got there it had a deep scratch and some other scratches and chips; this would be expected for a used car so I get it, but I expected a better condition as stated. I was told that the car had lane sensors, and when I got there it did not. Every car usually has 2 keys, this one had just 1 key. When I was close to making a deal the manager told me that my credit card could not be used as they would incur a 3 percent fee and I would have to do a bank transfer but that could take up to two days. Now they were aware I drove to them from out of state and was on vacation and they wanted to trap me for two days just because they didn't want to lose any money. So in short, I must now interrupt my vacation and incur the cost of a hotel on top of it. I then asked the salesperson to take $200 dollars off the asking price so I WOULD NOT INCUR the coat of the hotel directly. Not a lot to ask given everything else and it would be doing the right thing if they actually cared about customers, customers on vacation who drive from out of state, and have a disability from military service. ANSWER FROM MANAGER: Nope! So keep this in mind when dealing with this dealership before you visit. Just food for thought.

Wasn’t a good experience
I went to test drive a car. Set up an appointment. Got there and it was waiting outside. Salesman said he pulled it up and got it ready for me. He pulls out the keys and they don’t work. He says the battery must be dead. Unlocks it manually. I start the car and tire pressure gauge is on and gas is on empty. We take it for a test drive anyway. Another odd light comes up, he says it must be because the battery in the key is dead. He asked me how I like it I told him it feels like it needs brakes. He said it hasn’t been through safety inspection yet. We go and sit down and he pulls up the carfax. Completely avoids the large area(but did end up mentioning) that says it was in rear-end accident and had to be towed. Did also mention that it has 2 outstanding recalls. Then just says, “so do you wanna buy it?” ..... I’ve been to multiple dealerships in the last few weeks and this was by far the worst experience.

That is certainly not how we believe the sales experience should go and do offer our apologies. The fact that the vehicle was not "show ready" is of great concern to us. While there may be some issues with any pre-owned vehicle, we take pride in the process we employ to make sure these are ironed out or identified in advance of the showing. Clearly, we fell a bit short here. All of our vehicles have history reports that are made available and we try to be as transparent as possible, as not being so only creates problems for both our customer and store down the road. It sounds as if the salesperson's approach also left something to be desired, and that is just as concerning to us. We appreciate you bringing that to our attention so that we may address that internally and apologize once again.
Avoid the headache and shop elsewhere
My fiancée and I were shopping for a car for her. We came in to look at one car, and ended up putting a deposit down on a different one in the same price range that we both liked more. We hadn't been expecting to finalize a sale that day as we had traveled from out of state so we needed to come back with the title for our trade a few days later. Before we left, they agreed to fix a few paint chips on the hood of the car that were the only significant blemish on what appeared to be an otherwise solid vehicle. When we returned, we found that they had done the world's ugliest job fixing the paint chips, they hadn't even color-matched the black paint. It was a lumpy mess. Then the business manager badgered us to pay a "conveyance fee", and on the way back to our house, the AC in the car quit after the first hour. It took them three days longer than they promised to "overnight" the necessary paperwork to our insurance agent so we could register the car. Something we had to do ourselves because this is the only dealership I have ever encountered that won't register a car for you, even if you are our of state. Finally, after the car was registered, we took it to a reputable dealership close to us to get inspected, and it failed. Our car is still at the dealership getting work done to fix problems that should have been obvious to Blasius if they were in any way competent. They obviously either didn't inspect the car at all or didn't care to fix it and didn't feel the need to disclose to prospective buyers that it was going to need a clutch almost immediately. They presented a car that was just clean enough for us to want to buy it, and then once they had our money, they wanted nothing to do with us and made the next week of our lives a huge pain.

Went in to look at a 2017 Camaro. I ended up leaving with a 2017 Dodge Challenger. George, my Sales Rep. was Patient, Very Low Pressure & Very Professional. George let me drive several cars & was in no hurry. George answered ALL my Questions & helped me to find the right Car for me. The Sales Manager Steve helped answer many questions & gave me what I wanted for my trade. Steve was Very Professional, Extremely Helpful & Personally helped to detail my 2017 Dodge Challenger so I could take it home that day. Jeff the Finance / Business Manager was again, Extremely Professional & Very Patient with me. Jeff took his time to answer ALL my Questions, got me a Great Interest Rate & gave me a Great Deal on a Bumper to Bumper Warranty. Had been to many Dealers, shopping for Months.
