Purchased a truck from Blasius North last night, January 18. Couldn’t ask for a more congenial group of professionals. They prove doing business can be a pleasure. Special thanks to Steve and TJ. Highly recommend this dealership.

Please do not go to the Blasius North dealership,  they

Please do not go to the Blasius North dealership,  they are deceitful,negligent and unwilling to have the manufacturer fix your vehicle.   They would rather fix it with bubble gum and paper clips.  I'm sorry this is so long but this is an abbreviated version showing how one dealership can create such havoc for a consumer.  I dealt with Blasius North, Torrington, CT. In purchasing a 2018 Jaguar XF RSport.  One of the most beautiful cars I've ever seen.  This dealership has a 4.8 rating, which prompted me to drive 1 1/2 hours to this location.  Approximately 45 minutes into my ride home, I notice the car feels like it's pulling a boat, then the Service Required light appears, Then the Start/Stop malfuntioned (etc). Within 5 weeks, after almost getting into an accident because the Lane Keep Assist stopped working, I brought the car to a Jaguar dealer (out of pocket). The vehicle had 13 error codes, so again (out of pocket) had the vehicle towed back to the dealership.  I filed a lemon law complaint and will enter into litigation.  Safe yourself the aggravation. Run don't walk away from Blasius North, Torrington, CT.

Had a fantastic experience at blasius, this is my second

Had a fantastic experience at blasius, this is my second vehicle I’ve purchased from them. Wayne was so helpful and made the entire process so special and easy for me. The finance manager Marissa was also such a sweetheart and explained everything to me.

What an incredible team of people at this dealership!! Everyone we worked with or encountered there was Down to earth, patient, straightforward and not only were they on top of any questions or requests they actually went the extra mile to without us even asking.

Enjoy shopping for a new car and the work repaired

I would ALWAYS recommend Blasius North . Everyone is so friendly and helpful . I first went to Blasius North back in 2021 and came out with a 2017 Honda civic. I contact Thomas again because I now have 4 kids and needed something more spacious. He hook me up with a really nice 2014 Toyota Highlander , my kids absolutely love it . Thank you so much Thomas for going above and beyond for me and my kids.

Amazing dealership

Amazing experience! We just brought our dream corvette home. We traveled 2.5 hours each way and happy we did. Salesman was great. Marissa who took care of financing was so easy to deal with. And the GM came to say hi and was super nice and helpful too. We couldn’t be happier!

buying experience

Purchased a 2003 Mercedes Benz G500 from the dealership and Bob our salesman was knowledgeable and just a fantastic person. The dealership went up and beyond expectations when they took care of not covered items on the vehicle. The service department is very responsive and knowledgeable. Thanks again Jim Accousti
