Very unpredictable service.

Very unpredictable service. For an oil change you either be in and out in 45 minutes or two hours (with tire change and a car wash when raining).

I cracked the radio screen on my wife’s blazer.

I cracked the radio screen on my wife’s blazer. I called and explained it, ask for a phone quote and was given a price scheduled it for a week and half later the part was never ordered, and the quote that day was higher, to there credit they did honor the quote over the phone and I really appreciate that.. they ordered the part and called to schedule a week later after they received it… the quality of work is second to none and people are friendly just wish they had a better system for parts and making sure things are there prior to service… I will buy from them again, I do miss the polar people that seem to have left but the new people give great service as well..

I had to go back four times to finally get my vehicle to

I had to go back four times to finally get my vehicle to operate on eight cylinders instead of seven now I am just driving around crossing my fingers, hoping that it will continue. That’s not really very good.

All servers not completed on time they missed one thing

All servers not completed on time they missed one thing so I had to leave my truck an extra day and sent a link to something that was apparently not a true bill it was just an estimate for labor so was in shock when handed the bill it was shocking. No discount for the missed service and having to keep my truck an extra day and so I WILL NOT RECOMMEND you to anyone!
