I’ve brought my vehicle to your service center for many

I’ve brought my vehicle to your service center for many years. For the most part you’ve been great to work with. Your staff have been most accommodating. This last service event on my truck took me for a loop. When I made the appointment, I was advised it would be a 3 to 4 hour job. After checking on my vehicle 4 hours later; the service center hadn’t even started on dealing with my issue. That was totally disappointing. It was actually frustrating. I still don’t understand why I made an appointment and it didn’t go in when it was supposed to. I was given a loaner car because it took longer than expected. I shouldn’t have had to use a loner car if it was taken care of as expected. You guys do good work; I think you were just short handed and got behind. It might have been better just to reschedule for a different time.

Everyone was very nice when I was there.

Everyone was very nice when I was there. But I’ve had some problems in the past connecting with advisors or service managers with questions. I have left messages and never received a phone call back. I think the price of an oil change for my Camaro is outrageous. $163!! Nice, clean place though

I’m a 81 year old widow.

I’m a 81 year old widow. My car was not starting right off and I had to be at a Mpls hospital the morning it first acted up. It did finally start and I got to the hospital and back home. I drove to the dealership where I have all my car service done and the service dept and attendant said my battery was bad. Thankfully, they had one in stock which they put in and I was on my way in just a few minutes. I was so grateful that I didn’t have to make arrangements to get home and then back to the hospital in the morning. Thank you to your fantastic employees!

Everything was good except that they had the truck for a

Everything was good except that they had the truck for a week before I picked it up and still didn’t get the rustproofing and paint sealant done. I had to schedule it and have it done myself.
