Eric (sales mgr) and Bradon (sales) were awesome. Bradon took me through the Santa Fe hybrid features and was very knowledgeable on the product and Eric A made the deal happen when another Hyundai dealer couldn’t. I drove 5 hours from Michigan to pick up the vehicle and may drive here to pick up my next vehicle toobsince this team was so pleasant to work with. Friendly no pressure vibe and we are the first of either family to buy Hyundai and have encouraged others to do so already.

True Professionals, From the moment Mitch (sales manager) answered my call to the final handshake to close the deal, the team at Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai were the consummate professionals. I called from out of state (1600 miles) to buy a very special used corvette and had to complete the transaction round trip within 4 days. Mitch made sure everything was coordinated with fine precision. While on the phone, Chad (appraisal technician) quickly took real-time photos of areas of concern I had and sent them to me for review. Upon arrival Mitch and team had the car proudly parked out front and in full view as I pulled up with my car hauler in tow. As Mitch introduced himself and showed me the car it was apparent that his personality and demeanor was both professional and genuine. We took the car for a short test drive and once we returned Mitch introduced me to Jay (junior sales associate) and said they would both be handling the sale as a form of mentoring for Jay. JT (financial manager) walked me through the legal process answering all my questions to ease my out of state purchase and tax/titling concerns. After the paperwork was complete it was time to load the car into my trailer and Jay and Bradon (junior sales associate) were eager to assist. After a quick discussion on the complexities of loading a very low corvette with front spoilers, the two expertly guided me up and into the trailer like a NASCAR pit crew. The two were laser focused on clearing tight gaps between the car and the interior trailer tire shrouds as well as front spoiler clearance moving up the ramp. From start to finish the whole team was cohesive and I could tell I was their priority for the time I was there. Thanks again to the whole team at Ray Skillman Avon Hyundai!

Salesman great. Finance worst I have ever delt with. Rushed through paperwork and hid a lot of the forms. Told them I didn't want an extended warranty, was told one form was declining extended warranty. It was the application form. Added $3800 to loan.
