This place is a joke don’t waste your time drove over 2 hours to get there to look at a vehicle found out it’s been there since December 2024 the salesman went to lunch so we looked at vehicle on are on own glad we did this thing was a piece of crap lucky we didn’t have to listen to the salesman trying to sell us on it what a joke this place is

Wish I could give a 0. My fiancé has been communicating with a sales rep for a month and a half regarding a vehicle they have had in their inventory since January of last year (we are 3 days from January the following year). We drove two and half hours to see the vehicle where we were treated like crap. Once we get there we were sure we wanted to purchase the vehicle. They gave us paperwork to put down a deposit, but then retracted the opportunity to be able to place a deposit once they figured out we were using a loan from our bank NOT financing through them. The manager over our sales rep halted the sale based on them losing out on money due to how long they had the vehicle. They were upset they would not receive a kick back from their financing company. They went on and on how they couldn’t sell it due to their target audience “not having enough money to purchase”. We were then given a buyers order to take to our bank where they did not request our bank information NOR did they put our out of state taxes/the name or address of their dealership. When asking why they could not properly fill this out we were told, “well he’d have to go back in and do a whole thing”. We were the ONLY customers present the entire hour at the location. Why could they not help us? They were extremely unprofessional and SHADY. We were fine to buy the vehicle one minute and the next where basically sent away. They’re loosing out on the 50% down payment we planned to place on the vehicle. If you notice most reviews from 2024 are a 1 scoring. Do NOT expect the family atmosphere they advertise on their website. They are scummier than the corporate dealerships.

Horrible experience in purchasing a new vehicle.
Horrible experience in purchasing a new vehicle. They'll tell you one thing and then do another. Want your first payment delayed by a few days? Sure, you can do that! except for the fact that after the paperwork is signed somehow that isn't the case anymore which is great! Overpaying for a car that doesn't even function correctly is great! If you agree with that this is a great place to get a car! You not only get to over pay but you'll also probably get the great experience of having to get the car worked on at least once a month! It's amazing 10/10 would recommend if you don't like having a functioning car and wanna pay 10x the amount it's actually worth!

I drove almost 2 hours out there to look at a car that they told me how to clean title. Only to realize it has severe frame damage. And the lady Abigail that helped me was very rude. Did not want to lift off the price and even deterred me from buying a car with their company altogether by telling me. I should take my money elsewhere and try to buy something else. I will Never buy a car from these people, and I don't even understand how they do business when management doesn't even want to sell the cars that are damaged. I understand they took a loss but they don't have to scam over somebody else by telling them. It is a clean car when it obviously has frame damage. And a lot more involi did a car factory report separate from theirs? And it came back with a lot of stuff that was not listed. These people are a joke. The only one there with any common sense is the guy kyle that was a help

10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND this stealership. The service department is horrible!!!! Months ago had my vehicle towed in to figure out what was wrong with it. Took 2 weeks for them to figure out the motor was blown. Was told it's possibly under warranty and that they have to contact Chrysler for approval before they order a motor. 2 weeks later, we were told we were approved, and now we had to wait for a motor. MONTHS LATER finally got a text that they have a motor and weeks go by and still nothing from this place. On week 8 of them having the motor, we are now told we're not covered! Told we have to pay 18k+ for a motor. They offer to tow the vehicle back home only to find my vehicle in pieces!! Motor is ripped apart, parts missing, parts in the passenger seat, and the back seat, fuses missing and bolts all over in the motor bay. Do not go here unless you want to waste your money and time.
