Don't do it.

If I had know then what I know now I wouldn't have bought my truck from them. I bought a 2018 Dodge Ram in May of this year. Drove it off the lot only to realize it had no air conditioning in it. Called them and it took months for it to be fixed correctly. Service records we requested showed it had a known problem with the air conditioning. Truck only had 55000 miles on it and has had multiple problems. In and out of the shop. When I complain I'm old well we are doing everything we can and have spent our own money on this truck. Now the screen in it is going bad so I have no way to control the heat or anything else in it. They knew this truck had problems when they sold it to me for 35 grand. Now I get to pay 1600 dollars to replace the screen. I honestly wish I had never done business with them and never will again. I will not recommend them to anyone. I didn't know a Christian business could lie so much to your face.

You'll need a shower when you walk out the door

Not happy with the dishonesty on the extended warranty and gap insurance. Lied about cancelling the gap and still won't honor their word on the extended warranty price wise. Finance and Sales Mgr hide behind salesman who has no responsibility in this issue. I feel they owe me $1200. Drive on by in my opinion.

I would recommend this dealer to anyone

I was very satisfied with my visit to Kunes, I was stuck in a tough situation. They were happy to assist me and gave me a fair price for my trade. Showed me a couple of vehicles. Even with me being as picky as I am they helped me find a car that was in my budget that fit all of my needs. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that comes my way.

Zero customer service!

Horrible experience. All the way from having our car for almost 4 months for extended warranty engine replacement, to a technician wrecking a car into ours on the lot causing thousands in damage, to them telling us it would be paid in full, to them telling us they weren't paying for repairs, then telling us they will pay for repairs after a week of us completely stressing over it. All this while, Hyundai is supposed to reimburse us for car payments made while car was there for repairs but we're missing out on over $500 in reimbursements because the dealerships dates are not accurate on the repair order, and they will not change them. They will not respond to our phone calls. They will not even provide the information to the Hyundai case worker when she reached out for it! You would think after everything they've put us through, they would bend over backwards to help us in anyway possible. We have never had such a horrible experience or such bad customer services! Over 4 months after the car was delivered to them, and we still don't have it back. Now in process of fixing approximately $8,000 in damage!

Poor service

We purchased a new 2020 Santa Fe from this dealer but they are very slow and unresponsive to problems. The vehicle has needed numerous warranty repairs that the dealership has acknowledged, however they consistently delay addressing the problems. The staff are nice, but it seems that is a facade to hide incompetent.
