Unprofessional

So many things went wrong when trying to purchase a used car from here. The salesmen (2 of them) and their managers (2 of them) tried to tell us cars that were CPO and had warranties on the CarFax did not include the warranties. When asked about it when trying to purchase the car, my mother and I got yelled at by one of the sales managers! A different sales manager lied to my mother, my step-dad and I (on a separate day) about where the salesman I was working with was at! When we addressed him about it he got extremely defensive, yelled at us, and stormed off. When we asked multiple employees if they would be there the next day, they both said yes but when we came back the next day they were not there. Multiple employees then harassed me by calling and texting me after our second time being yelled at. Overall, there is no professionalism at this establishment. I would recommend looking for a car elsewhere.

Service department is horrible.

Took my 2015 Optima in because it has been making noises near the brakes and the blower motor for the defrost. They said they didn't hear any noise and that they had "cleaned" the brakes. Well picked it up after hours because I wasn't able to make it in there before they closed for the day. They had left my keys in the trunk for me (bad idea) and I have wheel locks on my tires so they needed my special tool to get the wheels off which they had placed inside of the car. Well I decided to take the car elsewhere as it was still making noise. Well they "forgot" to tell me they left off one of my lug nuts on one side and they broke the key on the other lug nut. It must have slipped their minds. They are replacing them after I called to ask why they didn't tell me, but the fact that they didn't tell me what they had done is enough for me not to go there again.

Great Experience!

I was hesitant to go here due to previous reviews but I'm so glad I did! I found a beautiful 2017 Subaru Impreza with only 10,000 miles at well below comparable cars at other dealers, and finally decided to give them a try. I was met at the door by Hope, who introduced me to the sales manager while trying to find my online salesperson. Since they were not available Hope waited on me personally. She was friendly, courteous, and never pushy. I loved the car but still needed to test drive a couple others at other places and also wanted to talk with my wife about it. She was even willing to let me take the car for a couple of days to do an extended test drive and show it to my wife, but I told her that wasn't necessary. She was very understanding and we said our goodbyes. I contacted her later that day via text to let her know I wanted the car and had financing already lined up. She was as to find me better financing through a local credit union so that everything would fit my budget perfectly. I told her I'd probably be in on Wednesday and she changed her day off to accommodate me. I actually ended up in Tuesday evening to sign papers and she already had the car ready to go and was fine with me leaving my old car, which wasn't a trade, so I could take delivery that night. I love my "new" car and certainly recommend Capital Kia of Easton.

Great experience

Anthony p made my first time buying a car and easy process. The whole thing ran smoothly , I was treated respectfully and never felt pushed to buy anything.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Where do I start with this place, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went there with my mom as she was looking to buy potentially her last car as she is currently at retirement age. She bought a 2017 red Chevy Cruze. on 10/29/18 for $16,600 Although she bought the car we both left there saying their customer service SUCKS! We dealt with 4 different people there we talked to Samantha on the phone, when we get there we was greeted by Steve O (not kidding) so Samantha just came over to say Hi so Steve O was our salesman, we was never offered anything to drink, (other dealers we went to did) My mom liked the car and already had her financing lined up. We sit down to go over the numbers 1st thing we noticed was the price was wrong they had it at $17,500 we said that's not what it said online, Steve O said oh you guys get the internet price ok, so he adjusted that , next we see $800 for accessories we are like whats that? Steve O says oh that is the "surface science" service done where your paint will "never" peel or chip for the life of the car. So they just ASSUMED that we wanted that WITHOUT ASKING US.....JUST PUT IT ON THERE, that was a big one for us that made us mad. Next they insulted us with a $250 offer ( as the sales manager AJ laughed in our face) for my moms trade in-a 2004 Chevy Cavalier still in good running condition i started it up for Steve O and it fired right up but to the dealer what you have is garbage and what they have is like gold. We said no thanks on the trade in offer. so next we are finalizing the paper work my mom wrote a personal check for $8,000 as a deposit , they wanted to just hold that check and wanted my mom to bring back a certified bank check for $16,000 my moms bank called Kia to tell them that her check was good, they hung up on the lady from my moms bank, she called back. so as we are finalizing the paper work Steve O had to go get the mileage of the car and bring it back to Robert the finance guy , so we are sitting there waiting and waiting, I see Steve O outside smoking a cigarette, Im like what the xxxx? Do you wanna sell the car or what? Steve O comes in maybe 20 min later and we are like did you write the mileage down? Robert is waiting for it, Steve O says to Robert , you didnt get my text? Instead of writing the mileage down on paper and bringing it back to Robert he took a pic of it and text the pic to Robert's phone, but Robert had his phone on silent and did not get it so we just sat there like fools At this point me and my mom look at each other biting our tongues and shake our heads. So the day comes to pick up the car as we had them do the "surface science" so we didnt have to come back a third time. Although they was being pushy and wanted us to take the car right then and there. Steve O greets us and we ask if the surface science was completed and the car ready for us? Steve O says was it scheduled to be done today?, Im like we are scheduled for PICK UP TODAY, then he was like what car was it again? we tell him and he asks us to sit down , he goes outside to check...more waiting my mom and I are about ready to come unglued , luckily the car was ready ad we finalized the deal with Robert. The ONLY reason we went through with the deal was the car was 2017 and only had 3k miles on it so it is practically a brand new car, but as for the dealership Kia of easton, both my mom and I was NOT happy with our experience there and DO NOT recommend anyone go there as their CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! Only gave one star cuz Zero is not an option

Never again

Disappointing experience. Spent about two hours including test driving, agreeing on a price, waiting around, then even shaking hands and being told “Congratulations on your new car” for them to come back 5 minutes later and tell me they made a mistake and the car was actually not available for purchase.

Great experience on a 2018 Kia Niro

The best car buying experience I've ever had. I submitted information online, providing what car I was looking at leasing, how many miles, where I lived for tax purposes, and how much down I was looking to put, and asked if they could provide a quote. They called me back, providing me with a quote, and asked me to come in to test drive the car. I came in later that day and worked with Jake. They honored the quote to the penny, without any surprises. I came armed with information expecting to have to talk them down to the original price, but that never was needed. They gave me what I was hoping to get for my trade in, and Jake did a great job of showing me the car and explaining features. I was then later sent to the finance department with Robert DeBolt, who was likewise very pleasant, calm, and patient with me. I ended up getting exactly the deal I was hoping for, in a smooth and quick transaction. From the time I arrived at 5:30 p.m., to when I left by 8 p.m. with the new car, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Would recommend Jake and Robert to anyone.

Waste of time

If you come to this dealership and want to find a salesman they will all be standing around in a circle on the left side of the building. I just saved you at least 10 minutes trying to find one. Most of the cars here are used and take up the front parking area. New cars are on the sides. The salesman I was stuck with really didn't try to sell me a car but was in a hurry to get back to his friends. I will shop somewhere else.

Great customer service

KIA of Easton was amazing. The whole team was very helpful and not only sold the car but the experience. They take the time to introduce you to every aspect of the team and make sure you are comfortable before they even talk business. Nate and Nick were very helpful and supportive and made the car buying experience one i wont forgot.
