I was happy until they lied about me quitting my job so they took the car back and kept my 500.00 Down payment saying It was non refundable after the fact. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Business Consumer Alliance so now they're pissed. Tyler told me If I with draw my complaint that he would further assist me with another vehicle or return part of my Down payment but that was a lie as well. They won't respond to me so Legal Services are Involved now. Don't give up your Down payment before you check out your contract and don't trust them to zoom you through It with you signing your signature...PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT!!! They wouldn't allow me to get my legal documents or my personal property from the vehicle so I have no clue to what I sign on for, and definitely don't trust a word they tell you. I came today to fix an issue with my car. Brought it in from the dealership across. Met the manager he was great but wa say tended by another worker who was very nice I didn’t get his name though very kind man!

The people don’t communicate. We sat wondering what was next while holding the check to buy the car. Service was horrible at the service center.

My husband and I were blown away by the friendliness of the sales guys, their lack of pressure, their knowledge of the cars and their transparency throughout the whole process. Aleks is an excellent representative for this dealership. He is polite, honest, low pressure, informative, and has a good personality. The van we came to see did not meet our needs (too picky), but we enjoyed the experience. I would suggest giving this place a try.

Beware! They advertise good deals but don't follow through. They have hidden fees and will submit for more money. Stay a away, there are much better dealers around.
