We were told to have our car there first thing Monday
We were told to have our car there first thing Monday morning. We did that. Originally said they would have it for a day. When we got there, he said it would be 24 to 36 hours. The service department said they would call us that day to tell us what was wrong with it. 30 hours later we have not yet received a phone call. My husband had to drive back up after work and was told that it hasn’t even been looked at yet. No loaner car. I had to miss work today now I’m gonna be missing tomorrow. We had to rent a car to come home and unfortunately we had to take the enterprise car back to Carmel - Over an hour from our home. So it’ll be past 36 hours Wednesday morning and obviously it’s not gonna be fixed tonight. I wouldn’t bring my car here for anything. We couldn’t get through to the service area unless I opted to make an appt. That lady couldn’t find our car in their system. The receiving technician didn’t put husbands number on the acct. frustrated.

Owen was awesome!
Owen was awesome!!! However, I was screwed over by Robbie with the Assurance plan...a crook..Again sales person 100% fantastic!!! It went south when visited this guy who sold Assurant package . What he did was very crooked in so many ways!!!

I wish there were words to describe my experience. I have seen other reviews that match my experience and for the life of me I don't know how anyone could rate this dealership more than two stars. Imagine a team of 10 sales people competing for perhaps 2 to 3 customers per 2 hours all with the attitude of "what can I do to get you to take this car home today?". In short, go somewhere else. The salesperson that we had was OK, but talked too fast like he was stimulated by some substance. The total sales experience was horrible. On two separate occasions, I stopped in to look at an advertised car and they had no idea where it was. They have a back lot especially for use vehicles, but the salesman has to borrow a car and drive there. So, you can expect a 20 to 30 minute wait for them to pull up the car if they can find the car and also find the keys. Some staff member has decided to play loud rock music from the 70's in the showroom. We asked to have it turned down and they did, but 10 minutes later it was back up. I have been in a lot of dealerships looking at cars and never had this bigbox store "play music to push the customers along" experience. Going through the paperwork, there were errors in some of the calculations which I would have been out the money if I hadn't gone through them carefully. When waiting for the finance person (we were paying without financing) they actually sent us home after waiting for him for over 30 minutes, and this was after a deposit had been made. By the way, they charged a $15 fee to put a credit card deposit down on a car - really? I could perhaps understand if you were paying for a service or part, but a deposit? In a dealership down the street, I had bought a new car with a personal check for over $30K just a month before and didn't ask, but when we finally did get a finance person (the next day), we found out they would only accept a cashier's check for a used car half the price I paid for a new car. This they failed to tell us when we were preparing our finances to buy the car. The car we bought was a good fit for us, so I went through with the sale, but I will not go back even for service to this dealership because of my experience. What kind of business model is that? How do they build customer loyalty?

If you have nothing better to do than be shunted around from one brainless reservation employee to the next then this is the dealership for you. In 2025, a car dealer has to be able to manage potential customers who don't want to be funneled thru an arduous, face-to-face sales process. It took me a week to even get a salesperson to contact me directly online. I took my business elsewhere.

Avoid these guys, they advertise a price and when you go
Avoid these guys, they advertise a price and when you go to their dealership they threw $5000 for fees :) !!! The fees are taxes (should be around $1400) and the rest are wheel lock, cleaning shine fee, xx fee !!! The advertised price was $20,750 and when I showed up they told me first of all the OTD (out the door) price is $25,xxx .. and he is talking fast explaining how they price their cars and stuff like that .. so I stopped him telling him that tax which is 7% ($1452) what is the remaining other than doc fee?? He started adding some number God knows what they were !! I was paying cash so no finance fee or interest rate or or ... Just be aware and check your deals before you sign anything. I read other reviews and they were scammed as well for services that they never received or requested when buying new or used cars!!
