Abort!

Abort! Abort! They will not honor their own advertised pricing if you're paying cash. They're mostly interested in moving you to a lease or some kind of financing. We wasted hours to find this out. Wish I could leave zero stars.

We had a fantastic experience working with Pedro! From the moment we met him, he was warm, professional, and made us feel like family. He wasn’t pushy at all—just genuinely helpful, honest, and kind. We were so impressed that we recommended him to our other daughter, who ended up buying a car the very next day! Pedro even came in on his day off to walk her through how everything worked in her new vehicle. That level of care and commitment is rare. Napleton Hyundai as a whole really goes the extra mile with customer care—from the thoughtful follow-ups to making sure every detail is just right. We truly felt seen, heard, and valued throughout the process. I can’t say enough good things about Pedro and the whole team. Great experience all around. We'll definitely be back when it’s time to trade up my GV70!

A bunch of liars.

A bunch of liars. Website deceitful about inventory. Staff on the phone blatant lies. Emails and texts pure lies. Drove 3+ hours to find car isn't "on the lot" as they said. They tried to push a car I repeated I did not want. Yeah, automated answers electronically, but multiple people lying on voice and voicemail too. Typical middle managers who will thankfully be replaced by AI.

The vehicle we bought was great.

The vehicle we bought was great. The customer service was not great. They were very inflexible and seems put off whenever we asked a question about the deal. They have a nice dealership with nice vehicles, but their customer service needs a LOT of improvement. I will never buy a vehicle from there because of the interaction with their sales team.

My Sales Professional Juan is amazing.

My Sales Professional Juan is amazing. Helped my brother a few months ago, stayed in contact with us and helped me get a car today. I have to admit, I went to another location to explore some options but after thinking about it, Juan helped my brother A LOT after the sale and besides the other location seemed to only be interested in selling a car and not my Well Being. Thank you Juan for caring and going More than was required to assist me into my new car. Forever grateful. Napleton made a Great selection adding Juan to the team. He is Amazing!

I would never recommend anyone buy a car from here, at

I would never recommend anyone buy a car from here, at the very least do not buy their warranty program as their service department is the worst. They have now had our car for 12 weeks, with little communication, and no resolution. They have not reimbursed us for a rental, so on top of our car payments we are also paying for, a rental car. The only way you can get answers is to physically walk in, but that still falls on deaf ears. Save your money and buy elsewhere
