Pay Attention to Finance Contract

just now NEW Please pay attention to your finance documents and get a copy before you leave the dealership. The finance person who worked with me Domenic told me the finance information will be emailed to me. I called multiple times and that email never came. Finally when I received my first bill I noted over $2,500 had been added to the amount I signed for financing without my approval. This was for a service warranty he tried to sell me that I had told him clearly I did not want. Service warranties are mostly a waste of money. I had to go back to the dealership after 2 months of purchasing the vehicle and demanded for a copy of the finance contract before I received my copy. Obviously he kept that document away from me bcos he did not want me to see what he had done. I am trying to collect information on how many people this dealership has done this to and take action against them. It took legal threat to get my money back 6 months after I purchased a 2017 Audi A4 Premium Plus. Like

Scammers

Went to look at the 2020 Pacifica Limited listed for $28500.00. Drove good and is a nice van. They wrote me up an offer that had my 2006 Audi A8L as a trade in. Long story short, they calculated I can by the van with TTL for .......$39,955.46???!!!!!!!! What a great deal! And that's with giving me $1000.00 for my Audi. Are people really that stupid? How can they possibly be making any sales with this type of bullshIIt? Not the salesman's fault.. He just started working there. It's the management.

I cannot say enough about Kevin Littlejohn.

I cannot say enough about Kevin Littlejohn. He was incredibly professional, timely and most importantly, KIND! He never made me feel silly for the questions I asked but was forthright and earnest when dealing with a major issue on my vehicle. By far the best service manager I’ve dealt with.

Irritated

Jordan was great. I bought a vehicle last Saturday. Signed all my paperwork. I called before I went down to pick it up, like I was asked to. I live an hour and a half away. I get there, after sitting there for over 15 minutes. I was told my vehicle wasn't ready. There was 6 days from the time I bought until I picked it up. After being there for about an hour, I finally go back to pay my down payment. The rep gets up, tells me he'll be back in a second. 10 minutes later he comes back and asks for my work number. That was odd since I had already signed all my papers. Leaves again. He's gone for another 15 minutes. I can see him and another guy in an office, they turn and look at me and wave. Seriously. The rep finally comes back in , I asked what the is going on. I get told that there was an issue with the financing. At this point I am confused and pissed off. I got a messed up explanation as 'he was new to finance'. While this is going on, Jordan goes a cleaned my car because it still wasn't done. I feel I should have been informed about the financial issue before I came to pick it up and there was 5 days to get this ready. You were very close to losing a sale. The team is very nice but very slow .

WORST EXPERIENCE of MY LIFE!

Worst experience and it just keeps going. Bought a used car with a bad speaker. They said they would fix it. I can 3 times and each time it was still broken. 3 weeks later! i got the car I paid for. Dents that the Carfax and as is sign did not record were circled upon delivery. Where did those come from? 5 months later I have tires that are dry rotted, though they gave me new tires when I bought them. Completely scammed. Rafi is a sales manager and was especially rude, arrogant, and lied about the initial service work which was recorded in their service department. HORRIBLE! don't buy here.
