BEWARE.

BEWARE. Less than 100 miles the car I bought needed major repairs he didn’t want cover. I told him the code had been cleared 2 times prior but of course he knew nothing about it. Fast talker but not honest and doesn’t stand behind what he sells.

Failure to Transfer.

I purchased a used vehicle on 11/23/2021. According to Kentucky motor vehicle laws the dealer has 15 days to complete the transfer of title. As of this day, 12/27/2021, they have yet to transfer my trade in to their possession and they have not transferred the new vehicle into my name. I've contacted the seller trying to get this matter addressed but to no avail. They seem to be content blaming the delay on covid as an excuse.

Excellent Customer Service

Received excellent customer service. This dealership was very accommodating throughout the entire process. The employees were super nice and very supportive in ensuring that I had a smooth transition. Will definitely buy from them again. The truck runs well just like promised and there continued support and communication during and after the sale was top notch! Thank you to Burns Auto Mart John & Staff!

Quality Pre Owned at Great Prices

Excellent Quality and Unbelievably Clean Beautiful Selection of Cars Trucks and SUV's. Not pushy like other Dealers . Great financing available even if your credit is not that great . They will work with you to help you get an affordable payment and the vehicle you actually want . Highly Recommend

When you called you were talking to the Owner not a salesperson. It happened to be me . You were upset the the Vehicle you found on Cars.com was already sold . I explained we have been selling our inventory very quickly now that we are open again.The only rudeness came from you that we shouldn't have had it on our website if it were sold . There was no making you happy . We are a small independent that sells 35 to 55 Every month we 0 salespeople and 0 Finance People . Just 2 Owners that buy nice vehicle's and sell them at Great Prices . Good Luck in your search .

Excellent, Honest, Goes Above and Beyond

We arrived towards the end of the day and found several good quality vehicles that were priced right. We purchased 2 vehicles and found that the owners were honest and patient. We traded in our vehicles and received a fair trade in price. The owners stayed well past closing to make this happen for us. Very accommodating!Great to work with! I would highly recommend!!

Buns Auto Mart

The sales people were nice, friendly and understanding. I purchased a vehicle from the dealership which was is a nice car and I love it. It isn't the one that I chose to begin with but as I am told, the car I originally had my mind on wasnt set out to fit the financing guidelines. I sold my car to purchase the original one and had I not already sold my previous car I wouldnt have bought anything. I didnt have transportation so I got the car they saw fit. I did get a great deal. I have a few mechanical issues that I wasnt told about but although the car is AS-IS but I shouldve been told so that I could make a decision to buy as is. Even still I would recommend Burns Auto Mart to new buyers, especially first time buyers with limited credit. My overall experience was great but they could work on a few things at the dealership.

Quick shift in attitude

The man was welcoming and nice. I had visited to look at a specific car. The car was a 2014, but ran horribly for the kind of car it is. When I brought it back saying I was still looking at other vehicles, the guy threw a fit about how this was the best deal and what not. The attitude put me off to the place. Theres a car there I'd like to check out, but don't wanna risk it.
