I just bought a car from Tyson and it was the best experience I have ever encountered. I was in and out of there in less than two hours (wow!) I love my car and would definitely deal with Dealership again.

We worked with Dave Spath and he was extremely helpful.
We worked with Dave Spath and he was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our car selling process was seamless and fair. For sure will go back to him again. The dealership was nice and clean also and had amazing friendly staff.

Tyler at interstate Honda of Chehalis is by far the best in Lewis County! This is the second car we have bought from him this year and I can say without a doubt if I could buy the whole Honda car lot from this Gentleman, i would. Some of the rudest sales staff I've ever met
One of their salesmen yelled me, "Hey xxxxxx, move your xxxxx car," because I had parked in the service dept lot. I walked back over, told him I was a customer, and he did not apologize. When I came back a few hours later to pick up my car, I went inside to ask them if it was okay to park where I was at, fully expecting them to apologize for yelling at me earlier in the day. Nope! Salesman number 2 blamed me for where I parked. The service department was great, but the sales staff made it so that I will never shop there again. Is it too hard to apologize to someone?

Right On It
Traveling in our Honda Fit. Front skid plate came loose. Bungeed it up the best I could. Pulled into Grays Harbor Honda's service bay. A couple minutes later it was up on a rack. Fifteen minutes later we were back on our way. No charge.

Best car shopping experience ever
I grew up in the auto industry and have met many auto dealers, sales people, service people and other staff over the years. I was in the market for a used mid-sized SUV, and in searching on Cars.com, I found some that met my criteria at a dealership near home in Aberdeen, WA. I was hoping for a tolerable experience, as I'd done my research and knew they had decent used inventory. But what I received was an exceptional, delightful experience - from the moment Scott Chapman greeted us in the used car lot to Dale Turner helping with the paperwork to being greeted by the new owner, John Csernotta. I would highly recommend this dealership, whether you are looking for a new Honda or a used car or truck of any kind.

Worst experience ever
My husband and I were looking for a 2018 Honda CRV EXL, our initial experience was great and we test drove the model we wanted with Justin our salesman. Aberdeen Honda did not have the color we wanted so we left to think about it. My husband was trying to surprise me so he went back to the dealership to see about getting one sent from another dealership, he had brought my 2007 red Honda Civic with 55,000 miles on it and thats when everything went to xxxx. They pretty much said that my car must have been in a wreck since the airbag light was on, which it hadn’t and then to add insult they offered us $3500 for the car then came back and said it need a wiring harness so that would be $1000 taken off the price, needless to say my husband was furious since he felt like they were calling him a liar in regards to our vehicle never being in any kind of wreck even after they did a car fax and there was nothing wrong. So he left and we ended up buying our vehicle at Capital City Honda in Olympia

Overcharging 9-30-17
9-18-17 Car (99 Civic) would not start and was towed to Aberdeen Honda. Scott the Service Manager called, said bad wiring to starter from battery and bad battery. Estimate was $500. I said you are not fixing it. I had it towed via AAA auto to Capital Honda, Olympia. The part was ordered and available the next day at 7:30 AM. The mechanic started the work and was done after 8 pm. Total cost was $177 parts and labor plus battery tested good and is noted on on the repair order. I'm never going back to Aberdeen Honda. It is a very DISHONEST dealership. Frank M....
